a very nice place with a good selection on the menu! i visited a few days ago & really liked the vibe.. as for the beer descriptions on the menu, i didnt find the tastes described in the descriptions, so you definitely have to expect to form your own opinion on those. still the service was super friendly & it is a cool spot to hang out with friends
Endroit très sympathique avec un bon choix sur la carte ! Pour ce qui est des descriptions du goût des bières sur la carte je n'ai pas trouvé les goûts décrit en bouche... Il faut s'attendre à se faire sa propre idée.

We enjoyed our time here a lot. The process of ordering was simple, the employees were very welcoming, & the food was delicious. The atmosphere also had a really nice feel to it. I'd definitely return & try some new menu items.
We arrived on a quieter evening. The bar had about 20 clients that night with 8 bartenders/servers working. I waited 20 minutes after being seated before the server came over to see us. It took 30 minutes after ordering to receive our beers. Each other time someone at the table ordered a beer, it took at least 20 minutes & we'd have to remind the server multiple times.
I guess I don't quite comprehend the intricacies of pouring a few beers & walking it over, because when the bill came & I tipped the server 9$ on a 90$ bill despite the poor service, she gave me attitude for'disrespectful amount of tip'.
The food was just ok & very expensive. The service was not great. They did not provide cutlery. had to ask for it. Messed up our order. No drink options if you only like sweet cocktails.

One of my locals. The service is usually good, but the beer is a hit & miss. I go there regularly, but from now on it's only for drinks. The food is pretty bad. Like the place though.
Merci au Siboire St Laurent pour leur aide à rendre notre événement une réalité! La salle était magnifique, Mina la serveuse était top & Nelson & Mathieu qui nous ont guidé à travers tout le processus. Premier événement pour BTFC, un release party & c'était magique

Le burger etait pas bon & je lai pas mangé, PI IL ME LE CHARGE QUAND MÊME!!! Mais il enlève une bière sur ma factur qu'il a essayer de me chargé Deux fois. Oui oui 2 fois!
En effet la salade de chèvre est arrivée sans chèvre mais face a l'erreur de la cuisine le serveur nous a très gentiment offert à boire (en plus d'avoir ramené du fromage de chèvre).
Nous avons réservé la salle du fond pour une célébration de mariage & c'était parfait. Le service était incroyable, la nourriture très bonne & les bières sont toujours très bonnes au Siboire! Je le recommande fortement!
