Went on a thursday evening, it wasn't too crowded, I had a reservation but it wasn't full. Service was great & food was delicious. We had the spicy salmon sushi, pork bao & salmon tartare. Great experience at Shushuto! Beautiful ambience. Appetizers & main course were excellent & all tasted great & very well presented. Premium cocktails are to die for & skillfully crafted with high quality spirits & garnished nicely. desserts are not a big hit & not at the same level of the food & drinks. Service was slow to start but got better. Waitress seemed very junior. I recommend asking the clientele if they want drinks to start while deciding what to eat. Food was hit or miss. Good vegan sushi but cut a bit too large. Ramen was just okay - wrong noodles used. Pork was tender but better to season the brine. Boa buns were good. Great cocktails but signature cocktails are really expensive ranging from $21 - $26.Voir plus

Super expérience dans ce beau restaurant japonais! L'ambiance est magnifique, classe & propre. Le service est très agréable, les serveurs connaissent le menu & répondent parfaitement à nos questions. De plus, pour mon anniversaire, j'ai eu le droit à un petit cheesecake & une chanson de fête. Les cocktails sont somptueux & goûteux, cependant le Ginza était trop sucré à mon goût. The food is absolutely delicious! Plenty of choices if you are vegan (I am not, but my friend is & she was thrilled with the selection as there are usually limited choices for vegans). The cocktails were superb, everything was beautifully presented. The woman that received us was friendly & helpful. Considering it was a monsoon outside, there were still plenty of people braving the rain (on a Tuesday night!!) to come here. Highly recommend!Voir plus

I had the singapore summer special & the ramen were very very good, tasty seasoned & well garnished. & for 38$ you get a cocktail, salad, ramen 3 gyozas (extremely good) & a dessert. Apparently i was the first to try it the staff made sure to come get some feedback about it. Will come back again!Voir plus

Cool spot that gives good reason to go back. Realistically this place should be a 4 star overall but a very good value for your money especially if your drinking. The cocktails we're the main attraction considering for the money we felt it was very reasonable. I wouldn't necessarily go back for food alone but for some drinks & tapas you better believe it.Voir plus

The place is huge. It's gorgeous. The cocktails are amazing!!!! The service was excellent! The edamame was the best I ever had!!! That little spices mixture they put on top was yummy!! The karaage chicken excellent. My miso ramen... the noodle was perfectly cooked, but I don't feel like the broth had enough miso flavor. As for the matcha pancakes they would have been over the top if they werent a little burned on top... Minus does little things.. I would definitely go back though.Voir plus

I made reservations online- it was very easy & fast. I was worried about parking, but we found the place few minutes walk from the restaurant. According to internet restaurant opens at 5.pm, we were 5:01, but there were already 10-12 people. We got a good place next to the window 🙂 I had a spicy ramen with a duck breast, there were 4 level of hotness, I took the level#1, it was a mistake- I like hot & spicy foods. So for me it was 4 from 5. My husband had udon also with duck brest- fantastic, very delicious. For drink I had a cocktail with strawberry, passion fruit & lychee & Bayless ice-cream for dessert- unusual & tasty. via LibroWe were there for a birthday dinner. The cocktails were great. We had three kinds of appetizers. The taste & presentation were fantastic. As for the main course, we went for the Ramen which was perfect. We didn't try the fusion dishes, so we're definitely going back. As for the service, Santiago was a great server, he was courteous & patient & provided all the explanations we needed. Great experience 👌

via LibroTook too long for our cocktails to arrive, over 30 minutes. The beef meat was hard. Was refused a change of plate because a bowl had been brought, just change the plate when the customer asks!
