It is in the spring of 2021 that the 15th SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie restaurant-bar will open its doors in the premises of the former Biaggi’s downtown St-Jérôme, more precisely at 337 St-Georges Street. Jérômiens will be able to discover the specialties of the chain such as tartares, cocktails & burgers.
The restaurant will have 250 seats, in addition to a central bar that can seat 35 people. The place will also include a mezzanine and a large terrace with 100 seats.

Ce restaurant est toujours pour moi synonyme d'une bonne soirée car on y mange très bien & le service est impeccable.
Nous avons préferé celui de Boisbriand..pour bouffe & terrasse.

Don't order the filet minion. Overcooked. Vegetables soggy. The most expensive item on menu left someone in a party of 6 waiting while all other meals served. Nice that cod was used for fish & chips. Accompanying salad was two tiny frizzy lettuce leaves & half a cherry tomato.- not generous at all for a high end price. Was here 20 years ago. Looks like it will be another 20 before I return. Waitress was a ditz. Hard to get her attention- ignored requests & had to make repeat trips-tried to convince the customer that the filet minion is always tough ( ordered medium rare) instead of listening to the client & just taking the poorly cooked meal directly back. Took 10 minutes to get her attention again to bring the check! Terrace poorly arranged. Need to crawl behind tables & thus clients who are blocking the exit.
