It is in the spring of 2021 that the 15th SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie restaurant-bar will open its doors in the premises of the former Biaggi’s downtown St-Jérôme, more precisely at 337 St-Georges Street. Jérômiens will be able to discover the specialties of the chain such as tartares, cocktails & burgers.
The restaurant will have 250 seats, in addition to a central bar that can seat 35 people. The place will also include a mezzanine and a large terrace with 100 seats.

La nourriture & l'ambiance excellente par contre le 2 décembre 2025 à 18h10, bien que j'en avais l'intention, j'ai oubliée de laisser du pourboire & la serveuse à commencé à me dire que le pourboire est quelque chose de très important & qu'il était préférable que j'en mette, me faisant culpabiliser indirectement. Selon l'office de la protection du consommateur, un serveur ne peut pas faire pression social sur le client pour un pourboire. Je lui ai finalement laissé un 15% car effectivement, son service était très correct & parce que je désirais en mettre à la base mais ce n'est
pas à l'employé de passer ce genre de
commentaires. Bien que la soirée fut agréable, nous somme repartie sur un malaises. J'écris cette avis afin d'aviser le propriétaire de l'erreur de son employée.
Tout était parfait, mise à part le bruit. Une si bonne nourriture devrait se déguster avec une petite diminution du son, pour permettre aux clients de baisser le ton & de se comprendre les uns les autres. Mais rien à dire pour le reste, c'était parfait!!
Deuxième expérience aussi satisfaisante que la première !
4 étoiles pour l'ambiance, car c'était encore une fois assez bruyant, mais cela ne nous empêchera certainement pas d'y retourne
