It is in the spring of 2021 that the 15th SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie restaurant-bar will open its doors in the premises of the former Biaggi’s downtown St-Jérôme, more precisely at 337 St-Georges Street. Jérômiens will be able to discover the specialties of the chain such as tartares, cocktails & burgers.
The restaurant will have 250 seats, in addition to a central bar that can seat 35 people. The place will also include a mezzanine and a large terrace with 100 seats.

Fui con un grupo de 15 personas y todo estuvo genial. Menu de medio dia muy recomendable. Hacen descuento a los estudiantes.
Solo en lo personal la hace falta un poco de luz, o no se si aunque sea de dia el.l ambiente sea asi.
Endroit extrêmement bruyant, incapable d'avoir une discussion c'est très désagréable, restaurant sur plusieurs paliers & éviter l'étage du haut, le bruit est infernal & l'espace entre les tables est trop petit, le personnel se faufile entre les couloirs étroits, de plus le plancher bougent sous leurs poids à leurs passages, c'est désagréable. La nourriture est bonne, le service est correcte mais ils sont pressés & les prix selon moi est simplement correcte. Les accompagnements manque de volume, j'avais encore faim & pourtant je ne suis pas un gros mangeur. Bref si vous voulez un restaurant calme, fuyez ce resto, c'est plus une ambiance de pub. Je ne crois pas retourner à ce resto malheureusement.
Went out for dinner, & were expertly serviced by the staff from stepping in, to leaving.
Drinks were amazing, together with incredible burgers, poutine & fries paired with a perfect house mayo. Great ambiance, great food, great staff, definitely a wonderful place to return to.
Excellent service. Vraiment satisfaite, j'avais fait une demande au moment de la réservation, excellent. Egalament, plats savoureux, belles présentations. Un peu bruyant.
Super service, menu & promotion très bien expliqué, nourriture délicieuse & que dire du vaste choix de cocktails /mocktail ce sont de belle portion.A y retourner assurément
Vraiment belle expérience. Il n'y avait pas de place pour une table alors nous avons été au bar. La fille qui nous a servi, Mégane, elle était tellement gentille, elle était rapide & elle s'est vraiment bien soucier que tout allait bien tout au long de la soirée. Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre expérience, parce qu'elle a vraiment fait la différence.
