It is in the spring of 2021 that the 15th SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie restaurant-bar will open its doors in the premises of the former Biaggi’s downtown St-Jérôme, more precisely at 337 St-Georges Street. Jérômiens will be able to discover the specialties of the chain such as tartares, cocktails & burgers.
The restaurant will have 250 seats, in addition to a central bar that can seat 35 people. The place will also include a mezzanine and a large terrace with 100 seats.

Belle ambiance & très bon service. Beaucoup de choix de cocktail & mocktail. Les promotions en début de semaine valent la peine, dumpling & tartare délicieux!
Nice place, atmosphere was good - front entrance (the only entrance) was completely flooded (3' of water) plus some ice buildup - everyone had their shoes soaked - it was also dangerous. We told the hostess (as did several other guests) No one did anything. Our server was also not great.- it's a shame because this place could be great if they could find people who cared to work there
This was my first time visiting a SHAKER & I really enjoyed the experience. Parking was a breeze! The lunch menu had great features which complemented the full menu which was also available. I had the salad with smoked salmon & it was perfect. The restaurant is very large with a great esthetic. Our server was very polite & let me practice my French. This is a very nice restaurant & would be great to visit when the temperatures increase & the deck is open. Well done!
Nous sommes allées souper au Shaker vendredi soir pour mon anniversaire. Nous étions un groupe de six personnes. La serveuse nous a offert un excellent service, elle était vraiment sympathique. La nourriture était délicieuse & le tartare de saumon aneth & citron était particulièrement bon.
Très beau restaurant situé en plein coeur du centre-ville de Saint-Jerôme! Nous étions un samedi soir, il y avait un DJ sur place qui mettait de la bonne musique. Au niveau du service, notre serveuse semble constamment dans le jus, par contre l'équipe de soutien l'aide bien. Pour ce qui est de la nourriture, il y a une table d'hôte pour 2 personnes à 69$ incluant 1 entrée, 2 repas principaux & 1 dessert. Comme entrée nous avons pris une trempette aux épinards, elle était délicieuse. Pour repas principal, nous avons pris chacun un tartare ma conjointe le classique & moi la version steakhouse, les deux étaient délicieux.
Au niveau du dessert, nous avons pris le pouding chômeur , il était moyen. Comme apéro, nous avons pris 2 cocktails, les deux sont très bons. Niveau qualité prix c'est très difficile à battre.
