We chose this restaurant based on Google reviews & it didn't disappoint. Friendly & welcoming staff, very well-served & delicious ramen. The gyoza appetizer was also very tasty & moist. The tonkotsu & shoyu ramen were both very flavorful. The mugicha wasn't great; it had a strange taste. My husband ate a matcha ice cream that was offered & he really liked it; it was very creamy. I don't like matcha, so I didn't try it.
By far my favorite ramen restaurant in Montreal! Each bowl comes with a full egg, unlike most restaurants that only give a half. The broth is perfectly rich & flavorful.
I've been going here since it opened, & it has consistently been excellent experiences every time. You're always served kindly & quickly.

Superb! Can you imagine flavorful broth without being salty? I recommend the thick noodle. Pork had good grill flavor & was lean. I would come back for the ramen but probably pass on the fried chicken & gyoza next time.
Sansotei Ramen in Montréal is a gem! Conveniently close to my work, & I always order the Tonkotsu Black-it's rich, flavorful, & never disappoints. The broth is perfectly balanced, noodles cooked just right, & the staff is friendly. Cozy atmosphere & consistently excellent ramen. Highly recommend!
The ramen was delicious & flavorful. The broth had a depth of flavor that was intriguing & kept us eating. The meat was very tender & the noodles absorbed the flavor of the broth, were cooked perfectly, & in good quantity. The servers were kind & fast with their service. On a final note, the black milk tea was amazing! We would eat here again:)
The miso black ramen was absolutely deliciou .. rich, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. Paired with their northern-style karaage (zangi), it made for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommended!
I tried the new vegetarian option - miso vegetarian ramen - & I was pleasantly surprised! The broth is smooth & flavorful, with a touch of (I think) garlic oil. Tofu was chewy & daikon was very well cooked. I think adding a crunchy veggie would make the dish even better. But overall, exceeds expectations!!!

Best Ramen shop I've been to. Good price & good food quality. It was served very quickly & broth was very flavorful, probably homemade & not instant powder. Waiters were nice & pork was tender.

Suuper yummy ramen, very filling & flavorful. I've been to Sansotei ramen multiple times & jts always good, so quality is constant! I also recommend the steamed dumplings with scallions & ginger on top. The fried corn is not that good.
Quick service, very friendly & welcoming staff. Interior is a little tight, like all good classical ramen shops: deal with it! Food was flavorful & delicious. Prices were acceptable for the food type in such a busy part of town.
Been in mtl for almost 7 yrs. I've had my go-to ramen place but has been close for months already. Tried to find another ramen place that's close to my workplace & house, & I am so happy to share that this ramen place is a MUST TRY!!! OMG 😍 the tonkotsu black ramen was divine! The chatsu is so flavorful, the soup is undeniably sumptuous. Also, very affordable! 21 cad for a ramen with a glass of Sapporo!!! Perfect combo!!!!

I was looking for a good place to eat & decided to get some Ramen from Sansotei as the reviews were good. I had the Tonkotsu Black, the portion was great & it was really flavorful. You should try this place if you are in Sainte Catherine
