Very good customer service! Our waitress was super nice & friendly. It's very cute & lowkey inside. The food was also really good & at a pretty reasonable price considering how big the portions are. Recommend for sure!

Got in at 20:30 where they closed in one hour but they accommodated our group of six by rearranging. Order came through fast & was met with delicious & hot serving of tonkotsu & cold kuzu IPA , the perfect combo after a long flight . The gyoza were tasty as well. Would recommend for ramen.

I have never had a bad experience at any Sansotei location, & this location is no different. Food was tasty, vibes were good, & our server was very kind. Service was a little slow for a Thursday but we were in no rush!

I always go here when I travel from Ottawa to go to the comic con or anime con. Their food is excellent, the place is clean & the staff is friendly

Flavourful dishes at a very reasonable price. I loved how simple the menu is, yet still gives you some options to customize. Perfect portion sizes, not insanely huge but more than enough to fill you up without appetizers. We tried the yuzu IPA & it was extremely worth it. Service was impeccable, they served our beers in ice cold glasses that were poured at the table, & waiters frequently checked up on us to see if we needed anything, even while both the inside & the outside terasse were pretty busy.
