An exceptional product clearly prepared with pride & quality.
The Tonkotsu pork is the best that I have experienced. Slow cooked, lightly seared, tender & bursting with flavour.
Service was friendly. Beverage options include local Japanese-style beer. Several sake choices are offered.
The ramen ingredients were well balanced & tasty. Noodles seemed fresh & had great consistency.
The bar bench at the front window offered pleasant people-watching on a busy Sunday.
Bilingual service.
The best ramen in Montreal. I spent 6 years in Japan & this ramen is like if I was back in Japan. 5 stars.
Incroyable. Une découverte gustatives des plus agréable. Une classe à part.
Probably the best ramen (Tonkotsu noir) I've tasted so far. Nice IPA too.
Amazing experience! The waiters were fast & attentive & our food came quickly & tasted great. Would definitely recommend for ramen-lovers!
Pretty good service food is just really really bad especially for the price. Broth taste like water the food overall is just bland & flavourless. Didn't eat it, ended taking it to go to give to the homeless.
If you want some delicious garlic oil ramen the one from Marusan in the Time Out Market is simply addictive. For the same price, please save your tongue & cross the street to there.
Endroit chaleureux, service impeccable, personnel gentil & très bon rapport qualité/prix.
My favorite ramen place in Montreal. They even import japanese craft bee
One of the best ramen restaurants I've tried. The ramen was rich, flavorful, & very satisfying. In fact, I enjoyed it so much that I ate here twice during my three-day visit to Montreal.
I tried the Tonkotsu Noir as well as the ramen-&-rice set, & both were excellent. The service was good, & the restaurant itself was comfortable & pleasant.
Highly recommended if you're looking for great ramen or Asian food in St Catherine area.
