Not my first time at Sansotei Ramen, but first time trying the miso black, & I have to say it is phenomenal. Really balanced depth of flavor yet so rich & I felt it is best with the thick noodles. Will definitely order again.
The only reason I am giving a 4 star (but, in reality, it really is a 4.5) for the food is because I felt that the noodle portion could've been a bit more (maybe it was a one time thing).
1 star for the gyudon, which is simply not worth it. 1% meat (with a lot of fat) 99% rice. Up the price a bit & give a reasonable quantity of meat or just dont propose this plate anymore. However, the ramen & fried chicken are good so i would suggest to try those instead, just dont order gyudon.
Starting to become my go-to ramen restaurant when going out with friends. The soup bases are sooo good. Any type of soup is good honestly. I just wished they had 1 type of soup with both bamboo shots & mushrooms (tree fungus) because they're both delicious.
The food here was great , it's a small area but still nice enough to have a great lunch with about 4 friends . I wanted to go again but my trip ended would definitely go again on my next trip back .

Excellente expérience chez Sansotei Ramen Sainte-Catherine : le décor contemporain est intéressant & crée une ambiance moderne & agréable. Le service est chaleureux & attentionné, on se sent bien accueilli dès l'arrivée. Côté nourriture, le ramen est tout simplement délicieux - le bouillon est riche & savoureux, les nouilles ont une texture parfaite & le porc est tendre & bien assaisonné.
Tout dans ce restaurant fait que c'est une bonne expérience . L'accueil est super, la nourriture est délicieuse.
C'est pour ça qu'on aime y retourner 😊
I always order the same mushroom ramen-it's consistently excellent, & the marinated egg is delicious. The service ranges from good to excellent, depending on who's serving. Definitely recommend!
On a adoré ce resto ! Ma fille adore les ramens alors nous sommes arrêtés par hasard. Le service est excellent & si attentionné. Les plats arrivent rapidement. Nous avions commandé 3 soupes différentes & elles étaient toutes aussi savoureuses les unes que les autres. Ma fille de 6 ans a mangé son plat pour adulte au complet, ça veut tout dire !

I picked up one, & my god, their packaging is so terrible. It is so easy to leak only with a bit of jiggle, & they use a super thin paper bag, which makes the situation worse with the leakage. I will never ever order a pickup again.
Bon ramen mais rien d'exceptionnel, dommage à lire les commentaires je m'attendais à mieux.
Le bouillon du Tonkatsu n'a rien d'authentique il est trop liquide, pas trop de goût.
Les gyozas étaient normales, j'en ai mangé des meilleures.
Par contre les ailes de poulet épicées avaient vraiment du goût relevées à souhait, seul bon point avec le service chaleureux.
