I always order the same mushroom ramen-it's consistently excellent, & the marinated egg is delicious. The service ranges from good to excellent, depending on who's serving. Definitely recommend!
C'était très bieb & bon, ils parlent 3 voir-plus langues pour accomoder le tourisme. Il n'y à pas 50 choix sur le menu ce qui est aussi parfait, je leur ai demander leur recommandation niveau pâtes comme il y en a des minces & des épaisses, & la recommendation était parfaite pour accomoder le style de plât de ramen commandé.
I don't recommend this restaurant, & frankly, if it were in Japan, it would close very fast. Their ramen is not good. We ordered two different ramen soups including the tomato ramen, which I personally tried & both were very meh. I didn't enjoy eating there.
However, we tried dumplings & chicken appetizers & they were good.
Sansotei is fantastic! Their fried chicken is a must-try. The ramen portions are very good, offering a generous & tasty meal. It's a clean, cozy spot right downtown. Highly recommended for a satisfying lunch or dinner.

Superb! Can you imagine flavorful broth without being salty? I recommend the thick noodle. Pork had good grill flavor & was lean. I would come back for the ramen but probably pass on the fried chicken & gyoza next time.
the tonkotsu is lighter but incredibly tasty, an explosion. really recommend. the shoyu was also amazing. feels like those places where everything done is great quality, & not just traditionalism, very good modern authentic spin.
Ended up here by chance for a late lunch & so glad we did. We ordered two different ramens & both were some of the best soups we have ever had. My partner ordered the Tonkatsu+ soup & I had the Shoyu. 10/10 would recommend. Busy spot, lots of regulars. Service was very friendly & very fast!

Sansotei Ramen in Montréal is a gem! Conveniently close to my work, & I always order the Tonkotsu Black-it's rich, flavorful, & never disappoints. The broth is perfectly balanced, noodles cooked just right, & the staff is friendly. Cozy atmosphere & consistently excellent ramen. Highly recommend!
Bien sûr la cuisine est excellente. Le personnel de service possède l'art de vous accueillir avec courtoisie & sourire lorsque vous entrez dans le restaurant & lorsque vous en sortez. Mention spéciale à une serveuse qui bien que ne s'occupant pas de notre table a fait preuve de bienveillance & de gentillesse. Je recommande vivement
Nous sommes ravis d'avoir découvert ce restaurant. Le plat était délicieux, savoureux & parfaitement copieux : nous sommes repartis rassasiés. Le restaurant offre un large choix de ramens, préparés juste à côté de vous.
Le personnel est très agréable & souriant, & s'exprime aussi bien en anglais qu'en français. L'accueil a été particulièrement chaleureux, y compris de la part des serveuses qui ne se sont pas occupées de nous, mais qui nous ont adressé de très larges sourires.
The miso black ramen was absolutely deliciou .. rich, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. Paired with their northern-style karaage (zangi), it made for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommended!
J'avais lu une recommandation de goûter au ramen Tomato, & effectivement je n'ai pas été déçu. On a également été impressionnés par la rapidité du service en ce vendredi. Seul bémol : les prix des sakés sont délirants & prohibitifs. Dommage, on s'est donc abstenu côté alcool, mais sinon c'était un bonne expérience à refaire.
