I ordered miso black, tonkotsu, Spicy tantan, wings & gyoza. The food was hot & fresh. Loved the flavours. The ambience was cozy & the service was quick. The price is also affordable.
While the Black Miso Ramen at Sansotei didn't meet expectations-lacking the umami-rich, complex broth & signature flavors typical of the dish-the noodles were well-prepared, service was decent, & the atmosphere pleasant. Though this particular ramen fell short, the restaurant may still offer a solid ramen experience worth trying.
The miso black ramen was absolutely deliciou .. rich, flavorful, & perfectly balanced. Paired with their northern-style karaage (zangi), it made for an unforgettable meal. Highly recommended!
I tried the new vegetarian option - miso vegetarian ramen - & I was pleasantly surprised! The broth is smooth & flavorful, with a touch of (I think) garlic oil. Tofu was chewy & daikon was very well cooked. I think adding a crunchy veggie would make the dish even better. But overall, exceeds expectations!!!

okay i know it's a chain but this will always be my go-to for ramen. used to do the trip from gatineau to ottawa to eat at their ottawa location. i'm so glad there's one here in montreal. tonkotsu black is my personal favourite, i love the crunchy black fungus & the porc is always so good. recently tried the miso black & that one is so good too. the broth no matter what you get is so so so so so so good. c'est écoeurant!!! the servers are always so nice.
J'avais envie d' un bon déjeuner nourrissant & copieux . Je décide alors d'essayer le Sansotei Ramen . J'ai choisi les ramen miso au porc. Savoureux ! L'ambience est excellente avec de la House Music downtempo chic.Le service courtoi est apprécié .En somme , j'y retournerai bientôt .
Sansotei never disappoints! We ordered the miso black & tonkotsu black & both were excellent (I personally preferred the tonkotsu but my husband liked the miso). The corn croquette was meh. The service was great, even when it got pretty busy. Would recommend!
Little crowed but food is really good & such friendly service there !! Always refilling our water & ask if everything doing okay!! Will come back again whenever I'm in the area, really enjoy their ramen there ! I tried their tonkotsu & the black miso ramens to eat for lunch ❤️❤️❤️
Les employés que nous avons croisés étaient tous souriants & courtois. Notre serveuse l'était aussi, cependant elle n'a pas été en mesure de nous répondre à 100% en français, ce qui fait qu'elle a éprouvé de la difficulté à nous conseiller adéquatement. La soupe que j'ai mangée (Shoyu) ne m'a pas plu, le bouillon avait un arrière goût que je n'aimais pas. Mon conjoint a donné 3.5/5 à la soupe qu'il a mangée (Miso noir). La partie du bas est jolie, mais nous avons été installés dans la partie du haut, où nous y étions très à l'étroit. Ils ont séparé des tables afin de faire une 3e rangée au milieu, donc nous avons mangé pratiquement collés sur un autre couple. Je n'ai pas compris les prix pour l'alcool, on y voyait des boissons de format 300ml pour 40$, donc nous n'avons rien pris.
One of the best ramen places I've been too. Consistent taste everytime & delicious fresh food. Always packed place which proves how good it is. I recommend the black miso ramen it's not spicy but it has a different kick with the miso broth & mushrooms.
