The name depicts the maple wood burning oven where each and every one of our pizzas and roasted ingredients are cooked. Ce n'est pas la première fois, j'adore cette pizzeria. Le service & la nourritures sont bonnes. C'est vrai il y a une grande file d'attente, mais cela vaut la peine. Une trad belle ambiance amicale.
We eat here every time we're in Montreal! Very popular & delicious spot. They have such original, yummy pizza, plus you can get lactose free cheese, which I did. Nice to have the option! Service is friendly, but does not hover. Tight quarters - get there early so you can get in, but if you can't I feel like the wait is worth it.

I got a volcano calzoni & it was great. But this was one of my weirdest pizza dining experiences because I couldn't help but notice that almost every single person around me was eating their pizza with a fork & knife.

Staff were very friendly & the service was very quick given the restaurant was super busy.
The terrace outside is also beautiful to sit on , on a nice spring/summer day! Can't wait to come back to Il Focolaio 🍕🇮🇹😊

Delicious! My wife loves them all. As for me, their gluten-sensitive dough & their vegan cheese are just perfect... one of the best pizzas I can have. & the outside deck is lovely in the summer.

This place is really popular in Montreal, & for good reason. The only challenge is choosing from their wide variety of options, but every choice we made was absolutely delicious. Service was really friendly & fast too.

Tight seating. Kinda loud. Pizza was good but not as crispy as I like. You have to order, eat & get out because there's a line at the door. Tourist spot
