La formule proposée évoluera selon nos envies et le temps de l’année. On vous propose trois formules différentes; le Menu dégustation en soirée, les cours de cuisine et l’heure du thé. Nous accueillons 14 personnes à la fois, pour avoir le temps de vous recevoir comme si vous étiez à la maison.
Nous fonctionnons sur réservation seulement, les réservations se font en ligne. Vous devez acheter un billet pour réserver pour la date de votre choix.

After months of trying to secure a reservation, we finally had the pleasure of dining at Sabayon - & it was more than worth the wait.
My wife & I visited with another couple, & from the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special. Chef Patrice addressed my friend's allergies with impressive attention to detail. The care he took in crafting each dish was evident, & his ability to adapt the tasting menu without compromising flavour or creativity was masterful.
We had the tasting menu & opted for wine pairings, & the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Patrice presented each course, proudly highlighting the use of local, seasonal ingredients, which added a meaningful layer to the story behind each plate. Every dish was beautifully balanced, inventive, & absolutely delicious.
Equally commendable was Marie-Josée, who guided us through the wine pairings with passion & precision. Her selections not only complemented each course perfectly but also reflected the same local-first philosophy that made the entire meal feel deeply connected to its place.

Marie-Josée Beaudoin & Patrice Demers se sont surpassé avec leur tout dernier projet. Nous sommes ravis par l'heure du thé. Service irréprochable. Les thés se marient à la perfection aux desserts prodigieusement exquis. Le Sabayon mérite le déplacement. Un incontournable !Voir plus
Fabulous experience, one of the best table we ate at this year in Montreal. Patrice & Marie-Josée offer amazing food & service, it's hard to believe it's just the two of them! Tout simplement délicieux! Si vous avez la chance de réussir à avoir un réservation n'hésitez pas c'est vraiment l'un des meilleurs restaurants ou j'ai eu le plaisir de déguster un repas.
