We got wind of this restaurant from the show Meanwhile in the kitchen on Amazon Prime (pendant ce temps en cuisine - pls check it out) I don't know where to start, It was our first carte blanche menu we have a certain level of expectation. I am over the moon. THIS was the best food experience I had so far. The lettuce tart, wait what!!! All the courses, the use of the aliments that I wouldn't never though that can be presented as fine dining level, Chef Simon prove us wrong. From the greeting, the knowledgeable waiters & line cook, I have no complain & was super please & at ease with the staff. The 5 courses are out of this world. I am urging you to go, it's worth every pennies. My only thing is the fact that the chef was also doing the service, he would have be good to take the opportunity to speak with the guess, I think he was shy, cause we did greet him but only got a shy smile. We are absolutely coming back on the next menu.
We were very much looking forward to our dinner at Mastard & it did not disappoint. Great experience in a non-fussy setting. Food & wine pairings were excellent.
Amazing, balanced, & refreshing meal with wonderful ambiance & staff. Each dish was deeply savory in interesting & surprising ways. Dessert was a lovely, light, carrot-y note to end on. Local ingredients are always awesome. Highly recommend.
Parfait! Une équipe sympathique, le chef est gentil & disponible. Les plats sont beaux & délicieux, ça sent la recherche. Bon choix de vins & de cocktails différents. On y retourne? ouiiiiii!
L'équipe très accueillante, salon agréable. Le menu autentique, délicieux & parfait dans le détail. Saveurs incroyables! & pris tellement juste! Je le recommande.
