The Restaurant de l'ITHQ on rue Saint-Denis is open year round, morning, noon and evening. Through its refined cuisine, prepared with the freshest Québec products, the Restaurant de l'ITHQ is a testament to the quality of the culinary training provided at the leading hotel school that is the ITHQ. The service staff's know-how, particularly in terms of food and wine pairing, further enhances the patron experience. Bel endroit pour souligner une occasion spéciale. Ambiance conviviale.
Bon service sauf petits oublis. Bien conseiller pour le choix du vin.
Nous avons choisi le menu à la carte. Le serveur avait oublié de nous informer que à une même table nous ne pouvions pas choisir des menus différents. Une petite déception pour la fêtee.
Nourriture excellente servie dans de très belles assiettes de céramique.
Plat principal pas suffisamment garni de légumes à mon goût.
Je recommande ce restaurant.

The restaurant itself was bright & airy, with big windows & a vibe that matches the food pretty well. Waiter was friendly & we ordered the tasting menu for two after he explained the menu to us. One of the appetizer, Beef carpaccio, was somehow substituted to basically just 1/4 of a tomato, without any prior notice. & when asked, were told Beef carpaccio, was "out of order right after the waiter place it". We were also not told it was actually possible to do tasting menu for one person & A la carte for the other. Would definitely recommend A la carte over tasting menu, which seems to be more based on availability of the food. Everything else pretty good overall.

Super endroit pour un dîner abordable avec un menu qui sort de l'ordinaire. Il y a toujours une petite touche dans le menu qui fait que l'ITHQ se démarque dans son originalité. J'aime également le fait que le menu est composé de produits locaux. Je le recommande sans aucune hésitation. Prochaine expérience gastronomique ; souper avec accompagnement de vin.
