About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

It is overall a great restaurant. We were a bit spooked by the prices because most items in their menu are above 25$ but the portions are seriously big so it's a reasonable price. The food itself was good. Their fire oven pizza had good flavours & generous amount of toppings. The size was also impressive. I do feel like it was a bit dry though, I would have liked it if there were a bit more sauce. The pasta was also pretty good, the flavours were amazing & it paired very well with the pasta. Finally the tiramisu was delicious too. It was creamy & had great flavours along with great texture. I believe if the ratio of cake compared to cream was higher, it would be better in my opinion. The service was really friendly & welcoming which was nice. The food also arrived under 10 minutes which is quite impressive.

We went for a birthday dinner tonight, food is always good & service is very friendly. Had a personal touch for our dinner, they brought out a slice of chocolate cake & mini cannolis as a surprise for our daughter. It was greatly appreciated & looking forward to returning. We always think of Regina's when we want to eat Italian 😊

Great Italian restaurant with great service. The entire staff made us feel great from beginning to end. From outside it didn't look that busy or big inside... there's a huge parking in the back & inside was very big for an Italian resto. Our waitress was awesome! The pizza, Caesar Salad & octopus was very good. The spaghetti was watery & was sorta disappointed in that one. So if you are looking for a great spaghetti, not here for atmosphere, service & other things BIG Yes! will be commibg back for our Italian fix for sure! Thank you for brining Brossard great Italian food!

Amazing restaurant! Very authentic food. The Menu was in Italian or French, so we had to use google Translater. The server was friendly & spoke good English, so it was easy to order. We ordered Lamb chops, Regina pizza, a meet loveres pizza, Mushroom Risotto, & topped it with Tiramosu. Prosciutto was amazing!!!!! Great experience overall. Plenty of parking & also plenty of menu options.

First time visit & it was a beautiful experience. Food was delicious, pizza & all side dishes were divine & staff was so friendly. 2 thumbs up to this amazing restaurant. I am already looking forward to my next visit!

Went for supper tonight. Quite surprised since the reviews were very good but the location is odd. The waitress/service was excellent. Very nice & welcoming. The food was very good.... Had arancini, meatballs, ceasar salad, mac & cheese (not your typical mac & cheese but i found it to be very good), & pizza. All items were very good & i would strongly recommend. As for the prices, nothing to complain about there.... Go to some restaurants at dix30 & the food is very "average" & not authentic for similar if not higher prices.

Le service était excellent, la pizza au four à bois, très bonne également! Mon garçon a pris un spaghetti boulette de viande & il était excellent également, les pâtes parfaitement cuite, les boulettes très tendre. Très belle expérience!

Really good Italian food in Brossard. We drove from Montreal to dine here & it was worth the drive. The wine selection could be expanded as the options were limited.
