Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.
Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.
Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.
Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Excellent pizza made with fresh ingredients . The wood fire coupled with the quality of the pie & ingredients , makes it flavorful & authentic. Will be back !
I visited this Italian restaurant & was pleasantly surprised. I tried the pasta & the lasagna, & both were delicious well seasoned, made with fresh ingredients, & full of that homemade flavor you expect from authentic Italian cuisine. The service was friendly & attentive without being intrusive, & the place itself has a warm, cozy atmosphere. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience that I would definitely recommend.

Great little gem. Pizza was closest to tasting like I was in Italy but in Montreal. All fresh ingredients. Many ingredients imported froy including tartufo. Friendly & outgoing owners who check on all the tables personally. Looking forward to going back & trying more from their menu.
One of the best pizzerias I've ever been to! The pizza is simply amazing - fresh ingredients, perfect crust, & rich flavor. The service is friendly & the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!
This is my go-to place whenever I want to have guests over, casual meetings, or just a great meal in the neighborhood. The food is always consistently excellent. You can really see & taste the quality of the ingredients they use. While service standards seem to be declining in many places around Quebec, here the service remains attentive, friendly, & professional. Prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. It's reassuring to have a restaurant that keeps its standards high when so many others have started to slip. Highly recommend!

From perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas to rich homemade pastas, every bite reflects their dedication to traditional cuisine. The young, friendly staff adds to a lively yet welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel right at home.
The only drawback is the wine list-while it offers a decent selection, the pricing is excessive, often 4 to 5 times the SAQ equivalent.
Despite this, the professionalism of the staff & the exceptional food make this a standout spot for Italian dining on the Southshore of Montreal.
Highly recommended, just be mindful of the wine markup.

Étant un fan de la cuisine italienne traditionnelle & ayant eu la chance de voyager en Italie, je dois dire que ce restaurant a tout d'un vrai restaurant italien. Pour le temps d'un repas, je me suis senti comme s'y j'étais de retour en Italie. Chaque petit détail est réfléchi. La chaleur de l'accueil des propriétaires, la qualité des ingrédients, tout est focussé sur la satisfaction du client. En prime, les prix sont raisonnables pour ce niveau de qualité. Les Gnocchis farcis aux champignons étaient incroyables. Les meilleurs que j'ai mangé. Merci beaucoup pour la belle soirée!

I can't really rate the service or atmosphere as this was an Uber delivery. However, I was really pleasantly surprised at the quality of the pasta & pizza, especially for a very reasonable price. The ingredients were excellent. Honestly, I'm still surprised at how fresh everything considering the 30 minutes commute. I'm definitely going to try to eat in person, but good job to the staff.
La qualité a vraiment baissé depuis plusieurs années, la quantité des ingrédients sur les pizza aussi. Durant ma dernière commande j'ai également acheté 500g de gnocchis pour emporter & cuisiner à la maison. En arrivant je les pèse & il y avait 220g, boite incluse. Très décevant.

Le service était exceptionnel, avec un personnel attentif & passionné, soucieux de garantir une expérience gastronomique fantastique. Parlons maintenant de la cuisine - divine ! Les pizzas étaient confectionnées avec des ingrédients frais, chaque bouchée évoquait l'Italie. Le menu offrait une variété d'options pour satisfaire chaque palais, & les saveurs étaient exceptionnelles. Sans aucun doute, Regina Pizzeria a élevé le niveau pour la cuisine italienne authentique sur la rive sud. Nous sommes partis pleinement satisfaits & déjà en train de planifier notre prochaine visite. Fortement recommandé !
It's our favorite Italian in entire Montreal area. I have tried all the most famous Italian restaurants in town & I think this is hands down the best. The flavours are just amazing as if you are in Italy. The success is probably due to it being a family business, & the owner + chef is Sicilian. 💕 The pizza crust is thin, ingredients are top notch. My favorite dishes are seafood pasta & mushroom gnocchi which are to die for ! No one does it better . Meet the wife while you are there. She is always welcoming & creates a very friendly environment.

Ordered delivery Gustosa & Americana pizza. Very tasty. Good caesar salad. You can tell they are using some quality ingredient & care taken in preparing the food. I will be trying more dishes in the future!
I spent 80 dlls for a bad pizza Americana & pasta with sauce Rose, never again! The pizza ingredients they added had nothing good about it! I was a fan but not any more
