About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

Mon restaurant préféré, c'est bon a s'en léchée les doigts le service est extraordinaire les pâtes al dente savoureuse ou la pizza tout est excellent je recommande a tout le monde. J'ai eu l'occasion d'aller a rome & a d'autre endroit de l'Italie & honnêtement de ce côté ci de l'atlantique c'est ce qui s'en rapproche le plus.

Ce fut une belle soirée de Saint Valentin. Nous ne connaissions pas votre resto & il fait maintenant partis de nos coup de coeur. Le seul point négatif c'est que notre table était collée sur l'ordinateur d'entrée & le veston du monsieur qui accueillait les gens, frôlait la pizza de ma fille.

Mais sinon l'ambiance était parfaite, la nourriture excellente & le service impeccable. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Went there twice, pasta was a hit or miss (not bad). The lamb was very unique & very very very good (the olive lamb). Fish was meh, the stomach of the red snapper was a little too fishy (might not be THAT fresh, but i dont eat fish enough to know if its THAT abnormally fishy)(eatten at a fish monger place before, same fish & it wasnt this fishy). The steak was very smokey & unique, not the best steak but very very solid. Like vs the casino steak this would be alot better. I would even say better than alot of steak houses ive been to. Pizza is solid.

L'escalope était délicieuse ainsi que notre pizza
Service sympathique
Mon seul bémol concerne le prix du vin en suggestion qui n'était pas sur la carte
Il était excellent, mais à 90$ alors que celui-ci se vend en SAQ à 31$ :(
À la prochaine visite nous nous contenteront d'un verre ou deux à la carte

Excellent service & rapide. Mégane était très à l'écoute. Pizza cuite au four à bois excellente. Déçue par les frites mais sinon, tout était parfait ! On va y retourner éventuellement !!!

Great food! The pizzas are simply unmatched. Best pizzas I have ever eaten, coming from an Italian, speaks to the quality of the products & results! Great rib steak! Owners are amazingly friendly :) A must go to for any event, dinner, get together no matter where you are from ;)

Nous avons eu le plaisir de partager en famille un excellent repas au Régina hier soir. Un grand WOW. Excellent service +++ sans oublier la qualité des aliments: Poisson du jour, gnocchi ai Tunghi 😋 & la pizza 🤩. Grâce à vous nous avons passé une superbe soirée

Delicious Italian spot! The Pizza Margherita was fresh, flavourful, & had a great crust, while the steak was tender, juicy. Great service & warm atmosphere!
The only small downside was that we were there around 9:30 & they began cleaning with bleach, which brought an unpleasant smell into the dining area. Otherwise, a lovely experience & we would return for the food!

Great little gem. Pizza was closest to tasting like I was in Italy but in Montreal. All fresh ingredients. Many ingredients imported froy including tartufo. Friendly & outgoing owners who check on all the tables personally. Looking forward to going back & trying more from their menu.
