Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.
Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.
Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.
Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.
Regina Pizzeria offers a warm, welcoming Italian dining experience with wood fired pizzas, fresh pastas, and hearty entrees that feel homemade. One of the best pizzerias I've ever been to! The pizza is simply amazing - fresh ingredients, perfect crust, & rich flavor. The service is friendly & the atmosphere makes you feel right at home. Highly recommended!

From perfectly crisp wood-fired pizzas to rich homemade pastas, every bite reflects their dedication to traditional cuisine. The young, friendly staff adds to a lively yet welcoming atmosphere, making guests feel right at home.
The only drawback is the wine list-while it offers a decent selection, the pricing is excessive, often 4 to 5 times the SAQ equivalent.
Despite this, the professionalism of the staff & the exceptional food make this a standout spot for Italian dining on the Southshore of Montreal.
Highly recommended, just be mindful of the wine markup.
It's a good restaurant & the cheese pizzas are sooooo good & the service is nice. This is the best italian restaurant in Quebec. You guys should try this pizzeria.
Récemment, j'ai eu la chance de passer trois semaines sur la rive sud de Montréal pour le travail. Pendant ce séjour, j'ai découvert le restaurant Regina Pizzeria, & quel délice! Leur bavette est un véritable régal, le saumon grillé est parfaitement cuit, les linguinis aux fruits de mer sont un festin pour les papilles, & leur pizza au four à bois est sans doute l'une des meilleures de Montréal. Chaque repas était une expérience culinaire inoubliable! Best authentic Italian restaurant on south shore

No in Resto English or bilingual Menu available (ONLY FRENCH) at Regina Pizzeria Restaurant-Brossard. The waitress saying I will translate for you. I replied I do have my autonomy & independence as a patron it would be smoother for me if - at least 1 shareable menu would be available by management out of respect of English customers! https://www.reginapizzeria.ca/ Somehow, the proprietor(s) think senior Anglo/allophones don't enjoy good pizzas! By the way, they have great Food.
Thank you to the wonderful young's grils who took care of our group (47 people) last night the service was impeccable & on point we didn't miss anything. Everyone enjoyed their meal, some have now discovered a new place to have a good meal . Grazie al staff di Pizzeria Regina!
Nice authentic pizzas in South Shore of Montreal with a good selection. The portions are good too. Opens a little longer then other pizzerias in the neighborhood which is nice

Une véritable trouvaille ! Le Regina Pizzeria à Brossard est un délice culinaire. Dès notre arrivée, l'ambiance était chaleureuse & accueillante. Le service était exceptionnel, avec un personnel attentif & passionné, soucieux de garantir une expérience gastronomique fantastique. Parlons maintenant de la cuisine - divine ! Les pizzas étaient confectionnées avec des ingrédients frais, chaque bouchée évoquait l'Italie. Le menu offrait une variété d'options pour satisfaire chaque palais, & les saveurs étaient exceptionnelles. Sans aucun doute, Regina Pizzeria a élevé le niveau pour la cuisine italienne authentique sur la rive sud. Nous sommes partis pleinement satisfaits & déjà en train de planifier notre prochaine visite. Fortement recommandé !
Pizzeria Regina is simply the best Italian pizza you can have in all the south shore. I've tried a lot of different places, but nothing compares to Regina! & don't forget to try the Nutella pizza with strawberries!

We went Regina Pizzeria on Taschereau Blvd. to celebrate my son's 7th birthday. This restaurant is one of his favorite places to eat. The servers were wonderful with the kids ( 2 boys, 7 & 4). They were able to seat us in a section where the kids had room & wouldn't bother other diners. The service was excellent. They were very attentive, fun & smiling. We ordered entrees & drinks, my son loves the Italian Soda drink with whip cream. They even made a strawberry juice drink for my younger son. We always love the charcuterie plate, the arancini is so good & also the meatballs. You just really can't go wrong with anything you order here. We enjoyed a wonderful birthday dinner, the server gave us extra plates to portion out the food for the kids, they made our meal very pleasant & easy with the 2 little guys. This is definitely a local favorite for us on the South Shore. Thank you for such a great experience...again!

Regina Pizzeria is Brossard's best italian place, without a doubt! SO delicious. I have been three times & it never disappoints. Vibes, flavours, service, everything is excellent. I'll come back for sure!
Ce restaurant est beaucoup plus qu'une pizzeria. Le menu est très varié; pâtes, poisson, poulet, salade, pieuvre... & très bons vins.
Nous avons partagé des gnocchis au truffes & pistaches (absolument sublimes) & une pizza Parma (délicieuse). C'était notre première visite, mais nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
