About us

Pasqualino Eni is a passionate chef and pizzaiolo on a mission to introduce people to authentic Italian cuisine and top-quality pizza—with a touch of showmanship. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, this iconic figure in Italian pizza-making is now one of the most renowned chefs in his field.

Over the past ten years, Pasqualino has traveled across Italy, perfecting his craft. He is now based in Canada, where he shares his passion through impressive culinary performances that highlight true Italian traditions.

Originally from Pace del Mela, a small town in the province of Messina, Sicily, Pasqualino began his career at the restaurant “La Griglia.” He later managed the well-known “Aeolia Seafood Restaurant” for several years. His dream has always been clear: to bring the authentic flavors of Italy to people around the world.

Today, Pasqualino is the executive chef and star pizzaiolo at Restaurant Regina, located on Montreal’s South Shore—a beloved establishment known for its warm atmosphere and unforgettable Italian flavors.

We love coming here! The food is aslways delicicious. The staff is super friendly & competent. The owners make you feel welcome & are gracious with their clients. Last night's ambiance was great as there was a live DJ & we were able to dance for a bit ! Grazie du cuore per la vostra ospitalità!

Très bonne nourriture ! Côté ambiance, pour ma part, musique bcp trop forte. Côté service, la serveuse s'est trompée sur un de nos plats & obstinait qu'elle avait bien commandé...oufff...elle a fini par reprendre la commande mais n'était pas contente !!

We were a group of 12 on Valentine's Day, & everyone was very accomodating, friendly & warm. The staff worked very hard to make sure we always had food & drinks on the table. We spent a lot of time chatting with the staff & the owner, which made it feel like we were at their home, not just a restaurant. The food was fantastic & the atmosphere was even better. So glad we were able to spend Valentine's Day there.

Ce fut une belle soirée de Saint Valentin. Nous ne connaissions pas votre resto & il fait maintenant partis de nos coup de coeur. Le seul point négatif c'est que notre table était collée sur l'ordinateur d'entrée & le veston du monsieur qui accueillait les gens, frôlait la pizza de ma fille.

Mais sinon l'ambiance était parfaite, la nourriture excellente & le service impeccable. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Toute la nourriture était vraiment bonne dans ce que jai commander. Pour mon conjoint son contre filet avait tellement de tirail que c'était vraiment dur de le manger. Si non tout le reste du repas était vraiment délicieux. Pour l'ambiance la musique était trop forte pour moi mais le choix était bon. Je vous recommande se petit trésor caché 🤗

Bonne nourriture & service. Lieux sans prétention avec bonne ambiance mais qui auraient besoin d'un peu d'upgrade, surtout les toilettes...Prix bien fixés selon le marché. Avons aimé notre 1ère expérience

Went there twice, pasta was a hit or miss (not bad). The lamb was very unique & very very very good (the olive lamb). Fish was meh, the stomach of the red snapper was a little too fishy (might not be THAT fresh, but i dont eat fish enough to know if its THAT abnormally fishy)(eatten at a fish monger place before, same fish & it wasnt this fishy). The steak was very smokey & unique, not the best steak but very very solid. Like vs the casino steak this would be alot better. I would even say better than alot of steak houses ive been to. Pizza is solid.

We had a nice time & the food was good. It's just that the waiter was a little bit pushy they close early at 11 so he kept coming back & forth asking if we finished & if we needed anything else. We arrived at 7:45.
