Accueilli par Rebelle lui-même , nous avons apprécié. C'est prêt de chez moi & nous venons de découvrir, WoW !
Entré de calmars, bien frit, parfait; & ceviche de thon, très belle présentation. Repas, le spécial de porc (mais la sauce n'était pas là, versus nos voisins) mais très bon, & le a bavette de boeuf très bonne, mais trop rouge au centre (j'avais demandé rosé). Dessert , la tartelette de fraises était succulente, accompagné Double espresso / allongé.
La serveuse était bien, attentionnée, bien expliqué chaque plat & services, mais interrompait un peu trop nos conversations.
La terrasse est vraiment bien. L'intérieur est chaleureux; peut-être baisser un peu le volume de la musique.
Dans l'ensemble, nous avons adoré l'endroit, le recommandons chaudement, & nous y retournerons.View more

Last night was the first time at Rebelle Bistro but it won't be the last! We sat at the bar & had a lovely dinner. Victoria was warm & friendly, very knowledgeable about the wine & food offerings! We each had two appetizers Cesar salad, lime shrimp, soup of the night & salmon cakes. Everything was perfection! The atmosphere is very welcoming! We have already made another reservation for next Sunday to try the pasta.View more

Rebelle Bistro has good food & the waitresses do a fantastic job of tending to customers. The menu is decent & they offer a daily special, which is a nice touch. However, I feel the menu lacks variety & I might get tired of visiting frequently because of the limited choices. Adding more options could greatly enhance the overall experience.View more

The first time I went to Rebelle Bistro, the power went out, they still managed to serve a delicious meal, & the server was unbelievably professional. That's why I went back a second time. The service is top notch, wine list is above average for a small establishment (lots of private imports but a range of prices), & the food is excellent, albeit on the pricier side. They have Mussels & Fries & beer/wine specials on Wednesdays.View more

I do hope you reconsider this as we so enjoyed eating at Rebelle. There are few restaurants offering such style, imaginative meals, level of service & all in such nice surroundings.

Nous avions choisi le menu Ardoise que vous complimenté sur votre site. Nous étions extrêmement déçus de notre repas. La crème chowder a été servie tiède & le filet mignon n'était pas tendre comme le devrait être un vrai filet mignon. Bravo! Expérience hyper agréable. Très convivial & chaleureux. Le menu de style bistro est rempli de grands classiques bien apprêtés. Une cuisine goûteuse & savoureuse sans superflu. Une belle carte des vins pour nous faire découvrir des petits joyaux. Je vous recommande la pieuvre grillée, honnêtement la meilleure que j'ai mangé depuis toujours. Un service délicat, sympathique & sans embûches. Des prix honnêtes pour une cuisine apprêtée avec des aliments de qualités. La présence amicale du Cuisinier Rebelle (Antoine) & sa famille, nous donne l'impression d'aller souper chez des vieux chums! Un incontournable pour tous.
