The food was so good i am willing to drive 1h to have some more. We even got seconds. We took the breakfast & the tartare, i have nothing but praise for it.
The service was also splendid. They were patient & welcoming. Answer all our questions & made sure that everything was up to our taste. Thank you for all your work!
We came here after an unsuccessful attempt to eat at Norah Cafe (crowds, lines, 2-hour wait to eat). Thankfully my friend recommended this lovely little cafe with a cute seating area out front & friendly staff.
It was around 1 PM on a Sunday & by the time we arrived they were almost out of all the baked goods & most of the sandwiches (I got the last grilled cheese, which my friend graciously let me have because I'm vegetarian). But what we did get was very good: ham & cheese croissant, grilled cheese, iced matcha, & a latte.
However, I just saw some other reviews with photos of people eating tantalizing roasted corn on the cob, plates of fresh gnocchi, cucumber salad with tzatziki, & open-faced danishes with microgreens, flowers, tomato confit, & whipped ricotta. But sadly we didn't see anything like that on the menu (only a few sandwiches)...I'm not sure why. I feel like we went to a completely different cafe!
As delicious as the grilled cheese & croissant were, I feel like we kind of missed out (as a vegetarian, I don't always want to resort to grilled cheese). Especially in peak summer (late July) when the produce is plentiful!
Also, it would be great if they could have some other milk options besides cow & oat (for example, almond or macadamia).

Super endroit convivial! Le service est parfait, & pour ma part, la proximité des approvisionnements me charme.Tout est fait maison ou issu de commerces locaux. Excellent café, & rafraîchissements glacés, qui sont à mon goût parfaitement sucrés.
My friend brought me there for the atmosphere & the speciality drinks. I wanted to try the cold brew with fermented strawberries & espuma mousse on top. I said to my friend'at least there is no eggs in cold brews', I have an egg allergy. The nice man in the kitchen turned & asked if i had an egg allergy & i said yes. He told me we was going to modified my drink because there were eggs white in the mousse. The quick catch!! That was such a kind move & was really impressed. The little house & field around it is really nice & they are dog friendly inside, they have threats & water bowls & little bed. I would definitely go again.
Mon café préféré, sans aucune hésitation! 🤍 Je suis complètement obsédée par Le Tompol… j'en ai envie tous les jours! Que ce soit les matchas, les cafés, les délicieuses pâtisseries ou la petite boutique, tout est absolument parfait.
Le service est toujours exceptionnel, chaleureux & attentionné, & l'ambiance est tellement accueillante & pleine de charme qu'on s'y sent bien dès qu'on entre.

Absolutely love this place! The food is always fresh & delicious, the coffee is amazing, & the atmosphere is warm & welcoming. The staff are incredibly friendly & provide excellent service every time we visit. It's become one of our favorite spots, & we always look forward to coming back. Highly recommend!
Le Tompol est sans aucun doute le meilleur café & mon endroit favori. Le menu varie selon les saisons, toujours avec créativité & un soucis du détail & des aliments choisis avec le plus grand soin. Le service est chaleureux , l'ambiance est réconfortante , amicale & c'est certainement un endroit unique qui a sa propre couleur.✨
