Notre Ramen signature est notre Wok Fried Red Miso Ramen. Chaque bol commence dans le wok. Une généreuse poignée de légumes mélangés à notre mélange signature de miso rouge et blanc, de saké et d'autres assaisonnements est concocté. Le bouillon Tonkotsu est ajouté et porté à une température très chaude, il est ensuite versé sur un lit de nouilles fraîches. Ce processus mélange parfaitement toutes les saveurs pour lui donner ce goût unique d'Isshin.
Offrant des ramen exotiques comme le Tsukemen alias Dipping Ramen, notre célèbre Black Sesame Tan Tan Noodle et notre White Sesame Shio Ramen est ce qui nous distingue également des autres magasins de la ville.

The broth was incredibly flavourful & rich. Portions are generous & big.
My girlfriend ordered the Red Dragon, which was delicious but ended up being a bit too spicy for her taste. The staff were kind & understanding, & offered us a replacement without any hesitation.
Stomach ache within the hour, burped all afternoon. 22$ a bowl of broth & some noodles, totally ridiculous. The man managing spoke harshly to staff, scolding one of them, full of himself. The restaurant was not clean.

We took the Garlic Shoyu & Spicy Miso ramens. The broth was very rich, hit the spot on a winter day. The egg & pork toppings are amazing. Service was fast & courteous.
Had the red miso ramen & it was excellent. The broth was well balanced lightly spicy & sweet with great aromatics. The addition of carrots was a nice touch. The broth to noodle ratio was also on point which seems to be a miss in other places. Also had the Karaage chicken & it was ok, a bit too oily. The edamame had garlic powder which was an interesting addition. Overall recommended.
Really enjoyed my visit to Ramen Isshin in Brossard. The service was friendly & quick, & the atmosphere is cozy without being too loud or crowded. I tried the Black Garlic Shio ramen & it was amazing-super flavorful without being too heavy. The broth had great depth & the noodles were cooked just right. Definitely recommend that one if you're not sure what to try. Will be coming back for sure!
I arrived around 1pm a sunday & it was still packed. It stayed that way until 2pm. After ordering, the food arrives quickly. I got the seafood okonomiyaki with the ship ramen. Both were very good & I was stuffed at the end. The broth was rich but not too overpowering. I really enjoyed my lunch. Will come back!

I recently visited here & had the pleasure of trying both the spicy miso ramen, the shoyu ramen & takoyaki Ofc! All dishes were absolutely delicious, with rich, flavorful broths that were perfectly balanced. The noodles, however, were the standout - they had just the right texture, with a satisfying chew that complemented the broth so well. The service was also great - the staff was friendly & attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fantastic meal & I'll definitely be returning! Highly recommend it to anyone craving authentic & well-executed ramen.
Quick & friendly service, & very tasty ramen! The spicy red miso could be a little spicier, however the broth is very well balanced & has great flavour.
I recently dined at Ramen Isshin, & it was a great experience. The atmosphere is cozy & nice. The ramen itself was incredible - the broth was rich & flavorful Delicious food, excellent service, & welcoming ambiance. It's a must-visit for any ramen lover!
Came here 15 mins before closing & the staff was so generous & patient serving us. I ordered the spicy shio ramen. It was very flavourful & well balanced. The broth was so good & didn't feel too heavy. Although the ramens are on the pricier side (18-23$), the ingredients seem fresh & each component was well executed. They even have vegan options! Good option if you're around the area for ramen!

honnêtement, je ne comprends pas les gens qui chialent que le broth est salé. le broth était riche & gouté & très bon. l'oeuf mariné était excellent. le chashu roulé était un peu gras mais c'Est ce qui donne le gout. nous avons été un mardi & le service était excellent & rapide. l'Application pour commander & payer directement sur le cellulaire fonctionne super bien.
The first waiter was nice & fun to talk to. But the food.... Very disappointing. The broth for our ramen was good & very tasty. But all of our add-ons were cold. We brought it up to the second waiter... They responded that cold meats & eggs was "normal" & to be expected for ramen. The meat was VERY cold, as if it was just pulled out of the fridge. It is fair to say that I am not coming back to this location & neither should you for the price.
The restaurant is nice & cool. Although the ramens I've ordered so far were a little salty. Especialy last time I ordered a ramen which was so salty I discarded almost all of the broth.

I like the miso red ramen. The broth is rich & flavourful with a bit of spiciness. The food portion is good despite the meal is on the pricier side. The quality of the food & presentation justify the cost.
Service is great. The staff is patient, pays attention & is soft spoken. Everyone is professional.
The atmosphere is very good at lunchtime. Everything is clean & the layout is simple & comfortable. The ambience is gentle & calm.
Loved the tsukemen here, the broth came in bubbling. Isn’t overly thick & salty like a lot of other places. The shio ramen was creamy & it was fun to grind our own sesame seed toppings.
Fried chicken was pretty good.
No lineup on a Saturday lunch. Order + payments by QR code. :)
