Just took my first bite of the chocolate croissant & I can't believe this is gluten free because the texture & flavor is so amazing! The staff was also super friendly here. I definitely recommend if you visit Montreal, you will not be disappointed!

First GF Croissant that tastes like a croissant!!! I took a chance & ordered from them on Uber Eats & I've never been so happy! Everything was fresh delicious & unbelievably tasty.

Je suis passé ce matin à la pâtisserie Parc Sans Gluten.
La demoiselle asiatique à l'accueil a été absolument formidable : souriante, gentille & très à l'écoute. Elle a clairement été le point positif de la visite.
En revanche, l'attitude du propriétaire a fortement terni l'expérience. Il était désagréable, peu aidant, & donnait l'impression que le client dérangeait - à croire qu'on lui devait quelque chose plutôt que l'inverse.
De plus, leur système de paiement a eu un bug, & au lieu d'aider ou de calmer la situation, le propriétaire (un monsieur qui se promenait sur place) n'a montré aucune volonté d'assister, ce qui a rendu le moment encore plus inconfortable.
Enfin, les prix des croissants sont excessifs, surtout lorsqu'on les compare à d'autres pâtisseries du même secteur qui offrent un cadre beaucoup plus agréable & une expérience client nettement supérieure.
Dommage, car le potentiel est là, mais l'accueil côté direction est clairement à revoir.

Floored by how good the croissants are. Just as impressed by the empanadas. If you're sensitive to gluten this place feels too good to be true. If you're not, it's still better than most bakeries!

Amazing amazing amazing! It is nearly impossible to find gluten free & dairy free treats that have amazing flavor, trust me I have spent my whole life trying to find them, but parc sans gluten achieved all of my dreams & more, you can't even tell they are gluten free dairy free & my partner who does not have dietary restrictions agrees. If you are gluten free dairy free this is a must visit place. I have gone every single day on my trip here, & I am going to stock up before I head home! The staff are all so friendly & kind. This place is 1 in a million!

By far the best gluten free pastries I had… I was visiting Montreal & find this place by pure coincidence .. kept going for the Empanadas.. I hope they open in Washington DC

Mon go-to pour tout pour les viennoiseries & desserts sans gluten! Belle surprise en plus ; les empanadas sont fantastiques ! J'y vais toujours pour un croissant & je quitte avec un sac rempli 🤤😍

Vraiment contente que cette entreprise a changé de mains! Les nouveaux propriétaires sont très sympas & se soucient de la qualité & de la fraîcheur, ça donne envie d'y aller plus souvent.
