Cuban sandwich was delish. Salted Ricotta was also great with salty caramelized onions in the salad served with it. Our servers were all very kind. Great music. Windows were open letting in a breeze. Decor & overall feel was very cute. Spent $100 ordering 3 dishes, coffee, orange juice & a pasterie to go. Not a cheap spot but definitely worth the visit.
We arrived right before it opened & there was a small line up forming. We were seated & the staff began to take orders right away. Coffees & other drinks came out fairly quickly. We ordered the cuban sandwich & a sconewich. The cuban sandwich was so zesty & comforting. The pressed sandwich was definite my favourite. Great amount of cheese & meat & the sauce was a good complement. Sconewich was something new we tried, we will try to replicate it at home as it was a good combination.
The breakfast here was an extremely delicious experience including the worlds best potato salad, cakes & coffee. Nice place to visit.
Ok it made a few television shows. But nothing special. Caution coffee refills are charged.
$27 for a Cuban sandwich is kind of a lot, but it was pretty good. Not $27 good though. Great coffee & pastries which are reasonably priced. Watching the staff run around was excellent entertainment. I didn't see them order but they ATE.
Great pot for breakfast, coffee, & a pastry. We waited about 25 minutes on a busy weekend rainy morning for a table of four. We had the sconewich, sweet ricotta, coffee, & pastries. Everything was great. No complaints for service, everyone was busy & pleasant. Definitely worth a visit. We were told a table for two at that time would have been closer to a fifteen minute wait.
Overrated! I didn't like the porch on your face sandwich wasn't that good I even finish the half & left the other half the coffee was ok not that good either otherwise the service fine the staff were friendly
Staff is always pleasant, no matter how busy the place. Unless you come alone (& have a chance to be squeezed in somewhere), the wait can be fairly long. But it's well worth the effort, as the food is really good, coffee tastes great, atmosphere is really nice, & the staff seems to always be in good spirits. Probably my favorite food joint in Montreal.
Great place for a croissant, grilled cheese, & a coffee. Amazing atmosphere with friendly service. Get in early as the line can go out the door. Don't forget to check out their store next door.

It was late in the day, the aroma of coffee filled the room. We place our order & not only treat ourselves with coffee but we decide to share a Lemon Nut Square. We are told that we can only sit at the bar. Hence the end of the day is approaching with back empty tables. She approaches us with 3 beautiful coffees, well presented pastry for us to share. She then tells us that they are closing in 20 minutes! I know it's been a long day as I too am in the food industry but after 40 years I have yet to shoo anyone out the door. It did not leave a good taste in my senses,
