Busy Chinese noodle shop with a cozy interior dishing up housemade hand stretched noodles in a variety of broths, Lan Zhou style. Directly across from McGill university. Delivery by Uber.
Nouilles Zhonghua is described as a busy, authentic noodle spot popular with students, locals, and visitors, where hand pulled noodles and a range of broths are prepared in front of diners; the small, lively space often means sharing a table and quick service, with strong praise for flavorful beef noodle soup and other dishes such as Chinese hamburgers and crispy buns, including oil spill noodles and Lanzhou style noodles, all offered in generous portions at reasonable prices; the concise menu allows choices in noodle width and broth, and service is consistently fast, making it a reliable option on a cold day or for a quick takeaway, though some reviews note crowding, limited seating, and occasional saltiness or uneven noodle texture in certain batches.
This place is wonderful. The noodles are incredible, watching the dough be stretched & formed is a beautiful art. The broth is absolutely perfection. The seating & atmosphere are kind of fun, with a light family dining style. It's not a relaxing atmosphere per se, but it's fun. The staff is absolutely lovely & the service is incredibly fast.
After many days western foods (deep fried foods), Falcon asked me to try some Chinese noodles. Thus we went to this Langzhou noodle to try. It was spicy & langzhou style. The noodle was freshly made right there & tasty. The waitress was very friendly & helpful. Overall, it's a good oriental style noodle & quote joyful.
Débit only. My 12.99$ came up to nearly 15$ due to this. Fast service, & it is fun seeing them prepare the noodles by hand. Very small, you have to wait outside for takeout. Bundle up in winter, enjoy the sunshine the rest of the year.

The food here is amazing, but unfortunately this time I found a hair inside the gluten in the Xi'an cold noodle dish. 🤢 Couldn't eat it & I hate wasting food. The oil noodle was delicious as usual though
It's very good, noodles are chewy & they are generous with the toppings! Service was very fast! The seaweed tastes a bit odd in the vegetable soup but still delicious. If you don't say anything they default to a medium bowl, which is quite big. One constructive thing I would say is the about the stools for sitting. In winter when people have coats & bags there's nowhere to put them & it's a bit uncomfortable. Overall great, would come back
Fantastic noodle soup, medium is pretty spicy! Good service, good prices, extremely busy during our visit. Parking complicated, I recommend public transit. Near McGill, downtown, Eaton center.
