Visited 1 time. No dedicated parking, as expected in downtown.
Staffs were friendly & for the atmosphere, clean but feels crowded.
Foodwise, value for money. The hand pulled noodles are made fresh right there & tasted amazing. I took the small portion & find it still huge for me.
Would visit again 💯 Just be careful of the peak lunch time, a big line appeared of nowhere. #highlyrecommended

The main attraction of this small restaurant is the hand-pulled noodles being freshly made on-site. The noodles are always cooked to perfection, & the sauces are delicious. My only quibble is that the broths are too salty & oily for my taste. Portions are good. Seating is scant, so take-out is always a good option.

The only bad thing about this place is that they don't have enough space for all the customers they deserve. It's very surprising to find a place making hand pulled fresh noodles in this area. Great flavors & execution. The spicy cucumbers are a great fresh cool crunchy contrast to the main dishes.

Love everything here:

Cold noodle salad, delicious
Spicy cucumber salad, tangy & refreshing
Chinese hamburger, pulled-pork in crunchy sweet bun
Soups, all delightful, vegetarian option

Only downside is no hot tea & only take debit - lovely staff, crowded & shared tables with strangers. Highly, highly recommended

My husband & I visited this place twice when we were in Montreal last week. It was divine. Service was fast, efficient & welcoming. The hand-pulled noodles & the broth were mind blowing. This spot is not to be missed.

A hot spot for McGill students, locals, & tourists! Nouilles Zhonghua is an incredible hole in the wall restaurant serving authentic hand-pulled noodles. In typical fashion, you can watch the expert craftsmanship of your noodles & various dishes live. The interior is really small, so don't be surprised when you're seated directly next to strangers. The menu doesn't have too many different options, but I'm sure you can't go wrong with anything based on what we had.
We got the beef noodle with Chinese pickled cabbage & two Chinese hamburgers. The food comes out rapidly & steaming hot. We just got the thinnest noodle style (mo xi), but you are able to choose up to seven different styles. The noodles were cooked perfectly with just the right amount of bite & chewiness. There was a good amount of beef & pickled veggies all imbibed with the hearty stew. The Chinese hamburgers were also very tasty. The buns were crispy & filled to the brim with savory, juicy pork meat.
Nouilles Zhonghua is the perfect place for a cold day & a quick, no-frills meal!

delicious hand-pulled noodle restaurant! It seems like it's always very busy so expect to wait & share a table. I got a small beef soup, which was the perfect portion for a late lunch, but I'd probably recommend the medium! As a visitor to Montreal, this was a perfect first meal on a chilly day.

I come here at least twice a week - the noodle soups are so good. Noodles are hand pulled in house. Service is fast. Debit/Cash only.
