The Tan-Tan was to die for. Inside it's a very unique decor, felt like I was in Blade Runner, very cool. Angela was great with us, super friendly & attentive despite how busy they got. Highly highly recommend one of my favourite bowls of ramen ever.
Tip: they don't take bookings for dinner so go early! We went on a weekday & it got packed by 6:30.

Seule légère, mini-déception (mais vraiment c'est pour trouver un point « négatif ») : un oeuf entier dans la soupe Ramen plutôt qu'un demi ça serait mieux.
The reviews aren't wrong. This is an amazing restaurant. Really top quality. I'll start with the atmosphere (vibes), & they were amazing. I loved the decor; it really added to the whole experience. Great work. Our waitress was so sweet, gave us some recommendations, & kept bringing us water! Now for the food, it was super. I got the spicy dry ramen; keep in mind it's actually really spicy but super good, so I highly recommend it. We also got a side order of sweet & spicy fried chicken, which didn't disappoint. I'd highly suggest going here; you won't be disappointed. Kind of random, but they don't accept cash, so keep that in mind. Thanks for the experience. I'll be back.
Très bon restaurant de ramen en centre ville dans un cadre original aux allures de cyberpunk. La cuisine est bonne & le service rapide...une fois installés. Selon l'heure le temps d'attente pour avoir une table peut être assez long

I got the Tan Tan ramen, & while I usually find ramen to lack flavour, this one did not disappoint. The ice cream at the end was also very good, I can't wait to go back. Imo it is definitely worth the price, plus the staff is very friendly & patient.
The atmosphere is sooo something out of a movie. But they also make freaking killer ramen. Their specials are unique & not typical like so many other places. & price point for location is fantastic! I have been twice & will be back every time I'm in Montreal for work
The interior is so nice & the atmosphere is perfect for a date-I love the neon lighting & vintage feel! Other than that, the tonkatsu ramen is out of this world
Un de mes restaurants préférés à Montréal depuis que j'y suis allée avec une amie! J'ai pris les ramens sans bouillon Mazesoba. Vous pouvez demander à ajuster le taux d'épices, soit en mettre moins ou plus. J'ai adoré mon plat, & la portion était généreuse.
This place has a wonderful atmosphere & service. I definitely recommend it for anyone that is a blade runner fan or loves the neo tokyo atmosphere from Ghost in the Shell. Either way, I would still recommend anyone to visit this restaurant to try out their ramen! However, the ramen is unfortunately the downfall of this place. I had to pay extra just to have a spice to put on the ramen. The soup itself was not as rich & the noodles were subpar but still enjoyable. Take a visit if you haven't yet!
My partner & I shared 2 dishes - the perfect amount of food at lunchtime, honestly. The tonkotsu ramen left me craving it weeks after. The hamachi crudo was pretty good, perfect as a fresh appetizer before our main. The service was upscale quality. It came to around $45 after tax & tip.

Thé au jasmin à essayer. Mazemen Neotokyo le meilleur plat selon mon opinion. Décor qui fait voyager & ambiance agréable. De loin le Meilleur endroit à ramen à Montréal.
NeoTokyo offre une expérience unique, alliant une atmosphère futuriste à des influences culinaires japonaises, rappelant des classiques de la science-fiction comme Blade Runner. Le décor est saisissant, avec des éléments qui plongent les convives dans un univers cyberpunk. L'ambiance est un bon atout, & je ne suis pas le seul à avoir remarqué cette vibe underground & moderne. Le service est chaleureux, bien qu'on note parfois une légère attente aux heures de pointe. Arriver tôt est donc recommandé. Pour notre part, un vendredi midi à 11h30, nous avions le choix de toutes les places! Côté nourriture, c'est un des grands points forts. Le ramen au curry est riche & savoureux, un véritable coup de coeur! De nombreux critiques encensent également les karaage épicés, & après les avoir goûtés, je comprends pourquoi : ils sont excellents! Cependant, certains plats, comme la pieuvre, ont laissé mes collègues un peu plus tièdes. Ce n'était pas mauvais, mais il manquait le fameux wow qu'on attend parfois. Par ailleurs, quelques clients ont mentionné que les prix sont un peu élevés comparés à d'autres restaurants de ramen à Montréal. Dans l'ensemble, NeoTokyo est un excellent choix pour les amateurs de cuisine japonaise, offrant à la fois des plats traditionnels & innovants dans un cadre visuellement captivant. Avec sa nourriture savoureuse & son service sympathique, c'est un petit resto intéressant pour vivre une expérience culinaire unique à Montréal.
