Leur Hakata ramen est sublime. Vraiment comme au Japon. Le meilleur ramen au Québec. Le gyoza étais aussi excellent & étais servis avec une vrai sauce a gyoza, ce qui semble être rare au Québec pour une raison que j'ignore. Le décore étais vraiment fantastique.

I got the tantan ramen & the broth & the noodles were delicious & felt really authentic. The noodles were slightly thick & perfectly cooked while the broth, despite being a bit salty, had plenty of flavours & felt quite comforting. I had also ordered the plum lemonade & was unfortunately misled by the term of lemonade & discovered that I do not particularly enjoy plum juice. The atmosphere was also very nice, the decor was really cool & unique.

We arrived when it wasn't too crowded, so we were able to get a table without having to wait for too long. Our server was very kind & helpful when we had any questions! The inside of the restaurant is also very beautifully decorated, I loved the industrial & cyberpunk vibe that they were going for; it made the experience a lot more interesting. My only issue is that some of the tables are pretty close together, so it was hard to pull a chair back to sit down or get up without touching the person seated behind me.

The food was pretty good. I originally felt unsure about eating a raw egg, but the flavor grew on me because it added a nice taste to my noodles. I just wish my dish had been a little hotter, since it was warm when I received it, but otherwise I enjoyed my meal & it was a great way to end my day.

I love all the decorations on the ceiling & the walls. I was seated at the counter & I could see all the cooking going on. I was sure what to get but my waitress was really informative & helpful. I was happy with what she suggested. The neotokyo Taiwanese mazeboba was good & it had a little kick to it.

Superbe restaurant! Le décor est fantastique & on ressent vraiment une ambiance cyberpunk immersive.

En plus du magnifique décor, la nourriture est excellente. Les ramens, les bouillons, les viandes & les takoyakis étaient parmi les meilleurs que j'ai mangés.

Mon seul petit bémol concerne le ramen à la crème de bacon, que j'ai trouvé un peu trop riche & trop lourd pour vraiment l'apprécier.

C'est un excellent endroit que je recommande sans hésiter!

An incredibly memorable restaurant! Not only is the decor & aesthetic unique & appealing, but the food was fantastic. The noodles are incredibly creamy & well cooked, & everyone in our party enjoyed their flavour combinations in their respective ramen. Service was friendly & not rushed. Definitely worth it.

Loved this place.
The retro-futuristic vibe & dim lighting create such a cool atmosphere, but it's not just about the decor,the ramen was excellent too.
Everything tasted fresh, the broth was packed with flavor, & the portions were satisfying. You can really tell the whole team takes pride in what they do. the service was friendly, attentive, & everything came together seamlessly. Great team effort all around. Will definitely be coming back!
