Délicieux !!! les ramens sont incroyables & le service était parfait ! irréprochable nous sommes arrivées sans réservation & nous avons étés prises en charge très rapidement. le service à table était parfait, le personnel très agréable & sympathique, à l'écoute. je recommande cet endroit si vous souhaitez déguster un plat typique dans une ambiance japonaise pour plonger dans la culture du pays. Veronica, Akio & Edwin ont été aux petits soin avec nous, on a eu le meilleur service possible ! Je reviendrait !

The ramen noodles are good. The ambiance is great. The prices aren't excessive for the location & food. Wouldn't recommend the curry it was overly salty. I couldn't finish it.

I tried both the broth ramen & the dry ramen (both were delicious), with very generous portions & outstanding flavor. The appetizers were also very good, & they came with a mustard/mayo-style sauce that was incredibly tasty. The service was attentive & quick, which made the experience even better. 100% recommended. The only detail is that it is not very suitable for large groups, so it's best to go as a couple or in a small group.

Le goût était correct, rien d'extraordinaire. Le prix n'est pas excessif, mais ça reste un peu cher pour ce que c'est.
J'ai pris le ramen'Tokyo style', mais honnêtement, un tonkotsu aurait été un meilleur choix. Le bouillon était plutôt ordinaire, rien de spécial.

Le karaage était croustillant & bon, mais je recommande la version originale plutôt qu'épicée. L'épicée est un peu molle, avec une sauce qui rappelle le poulet coréen (as a Korean).
Pour 10 $, c'est un bon rapport qualité-prix.
Au total, environ 45 $ pour un ramen + karaage avec le pourboire.

+Les baguettes auraient pu être réutilisables plutôt qu'à usage unique. Après avoir mangé le karaage, ce n'était pas très propre de continuer le ramen avec des baguettes pleines de sauce.
Ils auraient pu en donner une nouvelle après l'entrée.
Aussi, une seule serviette en papier par personne c'est trop juste.
J'étais assis juste devant la cuisine, donc c'est dommage qu'ils n'aient pas prêté plus d'attention à ces petits détails de service.

Welcoming staff, clean place & super cosy atmosphere.
As for food, the Takoyaki balls were super delicious. The ramen we took, hmm.. they were good too but I expected them to be better. I had the Tonkotsu & added extra black garlic oil too but I personally found that it still lacked depths & flavours. (Same impressions from the people accompanying me)

I would recommend if for the welcoming & super nice decor though 👌

Very fun visit. Place can be very busy & loud. Best get reservations. Ramen was alright. Tasty enough. We have to wait quite a while for our food so come in & expect to be patient if it's busy. Extra for dishes were a touch skimpy. Would recommend if your in town.

Atmosphere wise, this place is really cool & scores a 100 for vibe, feels like AKIRA. Definitely check it out at least once. Decent ramen, they give you a good amount of noodles BUT the truffle ramen I ordered had no meat at all just a couple of mushrooms & cabbage...? Quite a disappointment for a $20 bowl, not recommended. The Takoyaki was good, recommended.
The Yakisoba (their Monday special) was surprisingly good, we really liked it, you could taste the lightly charred flavor, wife & I loved it. Overall the ramen just was OK at least for the ones I ordered, otherwise this could've been a 5 stars.

Les nouilles sont plus du côté al dente & les repas sont quand même assez salés. Par contre, atmosphère très agréable & convenable pour une date (aussi très bien pour manger seul). Je recommande quand même, malgré qu'il y ait de meilleures places de ramen dans la ville.

Sooo so good. The hamachi crudo is really special. The karage was crispy & very good. The crème de bacon dry ramen was excellent. Think Japanese inspired carbonara. So so good. Also had the mazesoba was also very good. The noodles in both dishes were perfectly chewy. The service was friendly, attentive & efficient. Highly recommend.

Le rapport qualité prix est très très bon : ~30 CAD pour une assiette trop bonne & qui rempli bien.
L'ambiance est géniale avec les lanternes rouges.
Pareil pour le service c'est top !

Décor fun & futuriste d'un Tokyo apocalyptique. Les plats sont très bons & foutu. Une coche au-dessus que Kinto Ramen. Les bouillons ont vraiment chacun une personnalité différente. On a envie de tout tester. Je recommande entre amis, mais aussi possible en famille. Attention c'est bruyant. En solo ou à deux, je recommande de s'asseoir au bar mais pas au table haute car on est face à un mur, on ne voit ni la salle ni les cuisiniers.

I come to this restaurant almost every month (wish I could go more often) just for the delicious Mazesoba. It has a unique flavor: fresh, with a spicy kick.

Highly recommend bringing a mint or some gum for afterward! 😂

Unique atmosphere, super-friendly service & memorable food. I highly recommend the'Neotokyo Extra' mazesoba for an umami experience that blew me away. & the cucumber salad is a perfect light appetizer. Portions are large, so bring your appetite. UPDATED visited again on 3.29.2025 & it's amazing again. Try the special menu EXTRA SPICY mazeman with lamb! MY NEW FAVORITE!
