This was a great dining experience.. from Samuel, our waiter to Fanny, our chef.. all dishes were great, many vege options, great wine list .. perfect way to end a beautiful day in Val-David .. will def be back!
The three of us ate here last night & it was absolutely outstanding. The food presentation & the service was above standard. We did the 5 course chefs meal with wine pairings & it was reasonably priced. The accommodated food allergies too. I would definitely come back!

Lieu très sympa, accueil convivial & un bel effort dans la diversité des produits proposés dans le menu. Les cocktails sont bons & la carte des vins attrayante. Pour ce qui est de la cuisine c'est assez inégal malheureusement. La carte est certes originale mais sur les 4 plats que nous avons mangé, deux étaient à la hauteur de nos attentes & deux décevants (même assez ordinaire). Nous devons également avouer que si nous n'avions acheter un quart de baguette à 3$ (ce qui est au passage est assez incroyable!) nous serions sortie du restaurant en ayant faim. Les portions des plats de que nous avons pris étaient petites. Nous avons passé un bon moment & donnerons une seconde chance en venant une seconde fois pour parfaire notre idée sur ce lieu. Pour finir nous dirions que le rapport qualité-lieu-service-nourriture / prix n'est pas très bon marché mais nous soulignons l'effort & encourageons ce restaurant à poursuivre dans cette direction.
ce resto porte bien son nom.
il faut etre curieux pour oser faire des plats si originaux, & tellement bons par dessus le marche!

Interesting but many dishes without a lot of flavour. Sea snails & razor clam based dishes very salty & not much other flavour. BBQ endive delighted! Bacon-based & blood-pudding based dishes both very tasty with interesting flavours, textures etc.
