En général très bon, original, recherché. Les ingrédients utilisés pour le gâteau Basque étaient peut-être original, mais le résultat était très très décevant. Le goût du porcelet était excellent, mais le
choix de pièce avec de grosses bouchées de gras... déplaisant. Service excellent, très belle carte de vin & ambiance sympathique.
Nous avons opté pour le menu dégustation avec accord vin. Tous les plats étaient renversants! Le paradis!!. La chef a du génie! La sélection des vins était parfaite! Félicitations au sommelier pour ses choix originaux. Un service impeccable! Ce resto est un incontournable! Parmi les meilleurs au Québec!

Merveilleuse expérience. Nous avons fêté les 60iemes de mon beau-père & ce fut un succès du début jusqu'à la fin. L'ambiance était chaude & relaxante. On avait l'impression d'etre reçu dans la famille. Le staffs était extrêmement chaleureux. Tout les services était délicieux & je reviendrai certainement pour essayer le prochain menu
J'ai énormément apprécié mon repas, l'ambiance, le professionnalisme du personnel, la qualité du menu dégustation, on a apporté quelques modifications pour végétarien, tout était excellent, prix un peu dispendieux.... mais avec la qualité & l'ensemble, je peut comprendre... Je recommande !
Un restaurant exceptionnel à tous les niveaux! Les menus sont toujours créatifs, les plats savoureux & raffinés dans leur présentation. Les accords vins-mets sont recherchés & étonnants. On y reviendrait chaque semaine!

L'idée du menu unique est intéressante, mais les quantités étaient nettement insuffisantes pour justifier 170 $/couple. D'autant + que le dessert n'était pas une réussite...
Sur une note positive, la présentation des plats était alléchante.
