Easily became one of my favourite restaurants in the city. Atmosphere is wonderful & pleasantly flexible for a casual or intimate night out. Dishes well presented with great flavours & amazing drinks. Highly recommend.

The place has a beautiful terrace that is just perfect for a nice dinner with friends or a date, 2 minutes away from the waterfront. Service is over all very good except for the fact that they tried to upsell us on alcohol drinks like 4 times even do I specified we aren't drinking alcohol on a Wednesday afternoon. The vibe is great & the food is to die for, the pasta with the bone marrow was ridiculous & even the chicken was so juicy & tender yet cooked to perfection. Oysters 🦪 super fresh. I highly recommend the spot to anyone looking for a high-end dining experience.

Nous avions une réservation pour 14 personnes le 12 avril. Une très belle accueil en arrivant. Nous avons eux un apéro avant notre souper de 19h pour goûter quelques cocktails signature & une bonne coupe de vin. Nous avons chois le menu de groupe pour pouvoir dégusté plusieurs plats du menus. Vraiment très bons toutes les mélanges des saveurs. Ma fille de 3 ans à meme adoré son expérience & les employés très gentils avec nous. Je recommande le restaurant

Excellent food, in a lovely setting. I recommend sitting at the bar, for a different vibe. James was the best host - simply ask for him to pair your food with wine or cocktails & he'll deliver every time!

I had a wonderful time at jellyfish restaurant. The restaurant has a very unique design, with colorful lights & decorations that create a cozy & romantic atmosphere. It's a perfect place for a special occasion. I tried the New York cut steak, & it was cooked to perfection. The meat was tender & juicy, & the sauce was rich & flavorful. The service was on point, & the staff was attentive & courteous. They made sure we had everything we needed, & they even brought us a complimentary dessert. The price was reasonable for the quality & quantity of food. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a special night out. Jellyfish restaurant is one of the best restaurants in Montreal.

Arguably one of Montreal's best restaurants. James provided the best service we've ever experienced outside of a Michelin star restaurant. Food, presentation, service, drinks & atmosphere were exceptional. I've never had a whole fish presented as well - perfectly done. Can't recommend this place highly enough.

We have visited Jellyfish + Crudo a number of times over the years, & it has become one of our go to's when looking for a nice dinner with quality meals in a classy ambiance. The views of the square are charming & offer a beautiful glimpse of Montreal, especially in winter time (see photos for reference). The restaurant offers a mix of seafood & meats...but, as the name reveals, there is a greater emphasis on the seafoods such as Oyster Nachos or Octupus Tempura. For our meal, we started with the Crispy Brussel Sprouts (good but maybe a bit over done), then Hanger Steak (very good with tasty chimichuri sauce), the Filet Mignon (excellent...meat was perfectly done & the mashed potatoes were super creamy & a great compliment to the meat), & the Rotelle (also excellent...the oxtail ragu was super-tasty...but the pasta was a bit too al dente...make sure to request it over-done if you order it...it's also a huge portion so expect to take some home). Dessert was their long standing S'mores (its very good...but VERY sweet). Also, based on previous visits I recommend the Avocado Carpaccio as an excellent starter (especially if you like truffle). Service was excellent with a call-out to Catherine who always seemed available or just checking up on us even though the restaurant was quite full. Strong recommendation...especially as a date night or for a special family celebration. Enjoy!

A great experience for a nice dinner, nothing to criticize at all. The service was great although it was busy; the atmosphere was cozy & warm & the food was on point. Tried the filet mignon & the hanger steak both were cooked to perfection tender & juicy & goes great with the rest of the plate, it all comes together very well. For the entree went with the avocado carpaccio & it was the best, light & packed with flavours. Recommend!

Wonderful experience. Hot oyster dish was amazing, as was the rotelle pasta with oxtail. Pasta & oysters were cooked & seasoned perfectly. Our friendly & attentive waiter provided me with a wonderful cocktail, made to my "specifications." I didn't know exactly what I wanted, so he asked for my preferences & whipped up the perfect blend of not-too-sweet & thirst-quenching. Highly recommend.

I totally loved the overall experience here! I would recommend booking way ahead of your dinner. The tables indoor get booked really fast.

We got a table outdoor dinning area. It was beautiful with lights & flowers. Could get a bit cold so make sure you have a sweater.

The food was absolutely amazing. Every bite was a delight. I loved all the rich flavours of the food. The chicken & Rotelle were my best dishes. Can’t describe the feeling of that chicken in the butter sauce that accompanied it.

There was also the fried fish(I can’t remember the name) it was fresh & well prepared. It also had an amazing sauce to go with it. I ordered for medium rare steak & it was yummy!

The Rotelle came with oxtail & mushrooms in it & portion is large so can be shared by 2. We were stuffed & had a wonderful time here.
It was my birthday & I got a complementary piece of cake on the house. The cocktails were great as well.

The service here was exceptional. They made sure we got our drinks topped regularly. They were patient, explained the dishes, made great recommendations & overall were courteous.

Overall, this was an awesome experience. I literally had zero complains. Lol 🤣😂 except the fact that I was over fed. Every meal was delicious. I will definitely love to come back for my dates.

Excellent souper au Jellyfish crudo+charbon !
L'ambiance est excellente, la sélection de vin & de cocktails est vaste & le menu est très intéressant.
L'agencement des goût & la disposition des assiettes est parfaite. J'ai eu un excellent service rapide & courtois. Que dire du Chef Mathieu ! Un passionné, qui prend a coeur l'art de la cuisine ! Longue vie à cet incomparable restaurant situé au coeur du vieux port de Montreal !

Merci pour cette belle soirée, j'y retourne c'est certain & je le recommande n'importe qui !
