Dans l'ensemble, La Fabrique de Bagel Montréal reçoit des avis positifs sur la variété et la saveur des bagels ainsi que sur les fromages frais, avec de nombreuses mentions de saumon fumé et du bagel "everything" comme des coups de coeur, et un service chaleureux et efficace; certains commentateurs soulignent des prix parfois élevés et des écarts ponctuels dans la qualité du café ou des bagels légèrement brûlés, surtout lors de jours moins bons. Le cadre, situé dans une zone de restauration d'un grand centre commercial, est décrit comme pratique et convivial, et le personnel est souvent apprécié pour sa gentillesse. Never in my life have a felt so completely & utterly gouged by a food establishment. I understand inflation & cost of living are going up. But look below. For that simple bagel with one slice of turkey & some pesto I was charged 8$. Yes, EIGHT dollars for a bagel & slice of turkey. Are we serious right now? I know the sandwich is usually with an egg, that I asked be removed, but no way 1 bagel, 1 egg, & one slice of turkey are worth anywhere near EIGHT dollars.
Despite the fact that I walk by this place 5 days a week on my way to my office I will NEVER spend another dime here. Unless you are into getting bent over, I do not recommend buying food here. Absolute theft. Looks good for the tourists. To be avoided.

The avocado & egg bagel lacked of salt, a kick & was soggy 😔
On a positive note, the « everything » bagel was tasty & not soggy 😊

This place has the best bagels in Montreal:)) I love it! I just wanted to mention a change which I've noticed during my last couple of visits unfortunately. The coffee quality has dramatically decreased :( It used to taste a lot stronger! The cappuccino was made with more than 3/4 of the cup being milk foam which was super unusual, specially for my favorite bagel place in the city:(( Plus, the Americano didn't taste as always (I've been giving it another chance for about 3-4 times lately as I thought it might have been because of a temporary issue). Please pay attention to that matter, I looooove this place !!
Great little story in the middle of a very busy mall. It gets quite crowded but great selection of bagels. I had the smoked salmon which was delicious!
First time here! & wow - it's been a long time since I've had bagels this good.
I tried customized salmon with cream cheese
& Brie turkey chipotle & both were absolutely delicious. Fresh, generous, & perfectly balanced flavors.
On top of that, the staff were super friendly & very welcoming, which really made the experience even better.
Highly recommended - I'll definitely be back!
We drove all the way here to get fresh bagels & they gave us yesterday's bagels. We requested hot & they said they were made this morning. & it clearly didn't taste like it was made this morning. Next time listen to your clients requests instead of playing with old products that will tarnish your brand. Will never come back to this place ever again.
We came to La Fabrique de Bagel to grab a quick breakfast with coffee. We ended up ordering custom sandwiches so, it took a little longer to prepare but, the staff was very diligent & helpful. Overall, the bagels & the coffees were pretty good.
