Au moment de payer, j'ai volontairement mis 0 $ de pourboire sur le terminal, car j'avais l'intention de laisser 5 $ en espèces lorsque mes bagels me seraient remis.
Le caissier est allé faire un commentaire à un collègue FRANÇAIS , qui s'est permis de dire, en parlant de moi : « Je ne suis pas étonné, les Français sont comme ça, ils ne donnent rien. » Il a ensuite ajouté qu'il avait déjà eu une commande de 150 à 160 $ & qu'il avait eu « que dalle ».
À noter il y avait des clients encore en boutique.
Au-delà du fait que le pourboire est entièrement facultatif, ce genre de remarque est déplacé, irrespectueux & franchement discriminatoire. Juger un client sur sa nationalité parce qu'il n'a pas laissé de pourboire sur un terminal est inacceptable. D'autant plus qu'ils ne savaient même pas que j'avais prévu d'en laisser en espèces.
J'ai fait la remarque lorsque l'on m'a remis ma commande, mais le mal était fait.
Si certains employés sont frustrés par les pourboires, ils devraient attendre que le client soit parti avant de tenir ce genre de propos… ou, mieux encore, s'abstenir complètement. Le respect du client devrait être une priorité, peu importe le montant du pourboire laissé.
Une expérience qui laisse un goût beaucoup plus amer que les bagels.
Incredible bagels!!!! but they need better signage on where to order & how it works as everyone was confused! That small improvement could go a long way.
Una bellissima scoperta a Montréal! Bagel davvero ottimi, freschi, fragranti e con ingredienti di qualità. Il personale è gentile e il servizio veloce. L'atmosfera è semplice e piacevole, perfetta per una pausa durante la giornata.

Bagels themselves V nice. But Maaaaaaaaan for a $20 smoked meat bagel to have 0.001 oz of meat & a half teardrop of mustard. What kind of greedy survival ration BS is this?? Also the brie & pear, another $20 bagel to have one slice of pear & a toddlers fingernail worth of brie. This is like the LaCroix of bagel toppings. Like the bagels were simply held near some toppings rather than being in contact. 10/10 if you love paying to stay hungry 🤌

Vraiment exellent j'ai séjourné à l intercontinentale il est carrément dans l'hôtel j'ai goûté au saumon & à l'homard & c'est vraiment plus que bon j'adore pris très resonnable je recommande à 100% je vais même y reveni
Very Delicious Bagel. We tried Jalapenos & sun dried tomatoes cream cheese & that's really tasty. If you visit crew cafe, should definitely stop by to visit this place for tasty bagels. Staff is very kind & provides excellent service.
The bagel was an immediate chop - it was extra dry, not juicy, hard & chewy, not toasted, stingy with the filling, no sauce. Also, had no sense of how to order.
Thank you to all the young & servicial team from this icinic spot. I visited today, we were a big group & I got excellent advice & service. They made me save money & time plus de food was really good, thanks!
