One of the most awkward experiences I've ever had in this city. Could you at least say hi to your customers? Your business runs because of them. Simple.
The place is very well-maintained, clean, spacious, with a great view, & everyone is very friendly. The service was excellent (from Mike), kind, & very attentive to detail. The food is sensational.

I had a poppyseed bagel with cream cheese & an Americano coffee. Service was friendly & efficient, & the bagel was very good (& I've tried many others). Next time I'm in the neighborhood I'll be back!
Amazing food & even better hospitality. The flavors were superb & the staff's friendly attitude made the whole experience perfect. Highly recommended!🙏🏻🙏🏻

The staff at La fabrique de bagel truly make the experience special. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with warm smiles & genuine hospitality. The team goes above & beyond to make every guest feel at home, & it really elevates the entire dining atmosphere.
Grand & lumineux espace. Beaux choix de bagels. Nous avons essayé le sandwich à la viande fumée (excellent) & le sandwich au porc effiloché (il manquait un peu de punch!).

We're on a quick trip to Montreal & I needed a bagel. We were disappointed that we didn't find this place sooner! The sandwich was super yummy & my dirty chai was so good. We'll be back tomorrow for sure!
We were in Montreal for Valentine's weekend & ended up here because the cafe we wanted to go to was too busy. We enjoyed La Fabrique so much we went back again the next day. Great bagels (better than NY style & I'm from NY ;), nice assortment of menu options, & awesome staff!!
Mid food, sloooooooooow & disengaged service (please hire staff that can watch coffee being made & acknowledge customers waiting 5 minutes to buy something when there is no line up)
We were in the area & decided to stop in to buy some bagels & cream cheese. The bagels are pretty good but the guy at the cash register was unfriendly. I said'hi' first, he was staring at me, no friendly smile or'hello' or a wave. Nothing. It's so strange that people choose to work in places where they are supposed to be greeting customers & then decide it's appropriate to act like this. It's weird & uncalled for. He seemed oddly unsure of himself when I asked how much a tub of cream cheese is, & was just acting off, like he has zero customer service skills. Did not smile, didn't respond well when I said'happy holidays' & was off-putting. He seemed a bit annoyed. If you are trying to be unfriendly towards paying customers, stay home, not the place to be working. Weird experience.
