The handsome gentleman (with strong arms) on the mornings of June 17 & June 18 was very kind. He gave me recommendations on food & also where to visit in the city. Big smile & good energy. Very nice place with kind staff.

We were in the area & decided to stop in to buy some bagels & cream cheese. The bagels are pretty good but the guy at the cash register was unfriendly. I said'hi' first, he was staring at me, no friendly smile or'hello' or a wave. Nothing. It's so strange that people choose to work in places where they are supposed to be greeting customers & then decide it's appropriate to act like this. It's weird & uncalled for. He seemed oddly unsure of himself when I asked how much a tub of cream cheese is, & was just acting off, like he has zero customer service skills. Did not smile, didn't respond well when I said'happy holidays' & was off-putting. He seemed a bit annoyed. If you are trying to be unfriendly towards paying customers, stay home, not the place to be working. Weird experience.
