There was a bit of a wait to get in, but also had a large group of 11 so it was understandable, the vibe of the restaurant was casual. The food here is really good. I had the pancakes with apple puree, & it was delicious. I added the side of thick cut bacon & it was fantastic, I would recommend finding your way here.
La Fabrique est arrivé dans mon radar via les vidéos youtube des tables incontournables de Montréal. & ils n'ont pas tord. La table fut garnis du pain perdu, des pancakes & une entrée de salade de fèves. Tout était non seulement excellent mais une nouvelle approche qui rend les interprétations classiques obsolètes. Vous devrez réserver mais sérieux, allez-y. Cette endroit est excellent.

We waited for our food for about an hour & the restaurant was not busy. The menu changes every few weeks, currently could recommend the thick pancakes with apple sauce.
First time in Montréal on a five day trip & this was the best food we had. Vegetable tartare & pancake apple purée with egg are a must. The homemade juice was excellent that day 5/19/24
I took my daughter & her friend for brunch & we loooved the ambiance at this spot. Charming. We each tried a different plate. I had the pancakes with a side of bacon - wow! I am normally not a "sweet" person & more of a "savory" but I saw a tiktok & had to try them - they came in a bed of applesauce that was spiced with cinnamon that made them just the right balance of sweet & savory. The bacon was thick & juicy. My daughter & her friend each had a sandwich - one pork & one brisket, they were both fantastic as well. My only small piece of feedback is the drip coffee was pretty week - I should have had an espresso.
We ordered salmon tartare, beef brisket & thick pancake. Everything was delicious & very good quantities. The service was very good & accommodating. Will definitely come back to try other items!

très bien! The pancakes are legit! The real deal! The staff was so friendly & professional! We got the vegetable tartare on staff recommendation; so delicious.
Wow! The brunch here lives up to expectations. After seeing several food vloggers & reading the reviews, we had high expectations & we're happy to report - those expectations were exceeded! I had the famous pancakes & my hubby the pulled pork focaccia sandwich - SO GOOD! Service also excellent. The weather was beautiful so we were able to sit out on the terrace today. Thank you for a fabulous start to our weekend!
Very chic bistro with incredible food. Visited with girlfriends & everyone loved their meal. I was hesitant to order the pancake with the cheddar, but decided to trust the reviews & I'm so glad I did. It was amazing!
The food was amazing, we ordered the pancakes which were really good, not to sweet & the egg was poached perfectly. We also ordered the brisket sandwich which was delicious. The server was fantastic, we were tourists & he was very kind & patient with our lack of french, he spoke english perfectly & even spanish. Overall the experiencie was fantastic.

Bonjour à vous merci pour l'expérience de votre belle ambiance juste un petit point nous étions 3 au brunch de samedi 13 hres mon gendre & moi avons trouvé la casserole d'oignon un peu sec & pas très consistant mon fils a bien aimé son porc effiloché & bacon extra super mimosa excellent j'aurai du me rabattre sur le pancake ou pain perdu prochaine fois
Brunch menu is good & changes often with some variations on the restaurant's staples. We had the French toast & the pancakes. Food is tasty & portion is good for the price. Since menu is always changing & food is delicious, it's appealing for comebacks. We went on a weekday, & therefore avoided the crowds.
Today is the last day in Montreal, we tried La Fabrique for the famous pancake with boiled egg & pork belly, & homemade cranberry muffin with pulled pork & cheese. The muffin is very good, it is even than better than I expected. For the signature apple syrup pancake with pork belly, it is a very delicious. I cannot imagine how the fatty pork belly mix with pancake until I put it together in my mouth. It has definitely a WOW factor! I must say to anyone who visit Montreal must try this brunch!
