Revenant tout juste du Japon & ayant mangé beaucoup de ramens, je peux vous dire que le Kobo n'a rien à envier à la majorité des endroits que j'ai pu visiter.

Les bao buns étaient frais & excellents. J'ai pris le ramen Tonkutso avec le flan de porc grillé, c'était une excellente combinaison. Malheureusement j'ai juste une photo du bol vide, j'ai oublié de prendre une photo avant. Le service a été parfaitement exécuté.

Heureusement la nourriture & les bouillons sont excellents. Là où le bas blesse, c'est au niveau de l'entretien général & de l'esthétique des lieux. Au première coup d'oeil c'est très beau. Malheureusement, lorsqu'on s'assoit & qu'on prend le temps de regarder, on peut voir que l'entretien général des lieux n'est pas leur priorité. - Encastrés mal fixés - Murs blanc sales - Dessus des tables grasses - Tuiles de plafonds mouillées & tachées - Odeur d'humidité en entrant - Salle de bain sale & poubelle pleine (alors que nous étions sur l'heure du midi tôt & que ça ouvre à 11:30 AM) C'est dommage parce que la nourriture a tout pour charmer.

J'ai découvert cet endroit par hasard. On y est accueilli avec un large sourire, l'ambiance est sobre mais sympathique & le personnel « connais son affaire ». Choix intéressant de Saké.

Les deux entrer & les plats que nous avons pris étaient incroyable bon & bien présenté. Autant le service que l'ambiance était plus que parfait! Mais par contre tout se que nous avons commander étaient extrêmement SALÉ!!!! Sérieusement j'ai rarement mangé des plats aussi salé de toute ma vie. A la fin nous avions mal au coeurs & au ventre. C'est pt aujourd'hui que nous avons pogné un cuisinier avec la main lourde sur le sel!! Mais apart ca c'était un 10/10
