K?b?, bistro japonais au coin de Wellington & King Ouest à Sherbrooke, sert des ramens aux nouilles fraîches & bouillons maison, accompagnés d'une belle sélection de saké & de cocktails, dans une ambiance moderne & chaleureuse. Moi qui adore les ramens je ne suis pas particulièrement fan de ceux du Kobo... Mais la place est bien en gang

Fantastic. I had the Chicken Karaage, which was good but the tonkotsu ramen was outstanding. The homemade noodles & grilled pork were exceptional. I also thought that the sake tasting menu was really good: interesting & delicious. Highly recommended!!

J'ai découvert cet endroit par hasard. On y est accueilli avec un large sourire, l'ambiance est sobre mais sympathique & le personnel « connais son affaire ». Choix intéressant de Saké.

Bonjour Équipe Kobo, nous avons visité votre commerce la semaine passée. Le service était impeccable & efficace. Votre serveuse connaissait bien son menu, mais le tutoiement surprend dès le départ. J'imagine que l'on commence à être vieux jeu. Nous avons pris des entrées, des ramen, du dessert & du saké. Ce fut une bonne facture ! Tout était très savoureux. Le ramen au flanc de porc ne contenait aucun morceau de viande, que du gras. On a demandé si c'était normal & il semble que oui. Étrange, car il y a habituellement toujours de viande sur du bacon. Pour l'assiette au poulet, il était très sec & heureusement que le bouillon nous a permis de le faire passer. Nos voisins ont fait le meme constat. Toutefois, on s'attend à se faire servir dans des assiettes convenables notamment pour la facture dudit plat. 18$ pour manger dans des assiettes (toutes!) ébréchées, ce n'est pas professionnel ni salubre, à notre avis. La partie poreuse ne peut être lavée convenablement, malheureusement. Cela dit, le mocktail maison était parfait & le gâteau au fromage était très bon.
