Franchement, les ramen ici sont très décevants. Le goût est extrêmement artificiel & vraiment mauvais. On est loin d'un vrai ramen japonais. Rien à voir avec ceux de Magog
Très bon ramen, j'ai beaucoup aimé. Le bouillon était crémeux & bien assaisonné. Le flanc de porc était fondant à l'intérieur & croustillant à l'extérieur.
Service was quick & quite nice, but the portions were small, the noodles were overcooked & quite obviously not handmade (despite what it says on the menu). The handmade kimchi was flavourless & there was barely any meat in my ramen. Over 2/5, overpriced
Omg mon restaurant préféré j'adore la culture japonaise de tout les restaurants ramène au Québec c'est le meilleur trop bon tout les ingrédients sont fait à perfection je suis en amour avec les décorations japonaise moderne tu dois y alle
Décevant. J'ai pris le Shio. Ça goûtait le bouillon de poulet nature, le poulet était bouilli (ç'aurait bien meilleur grillé), & y avait 4 tomates grelot pour rehausser le taux, sans compter que c'était tiède.
Les cocktails sont bien & le service est très bon. Mais les ramens goûtent la déception.
One of the tastiest bowls of Tonkatsu Ramen I have ever had. A delicate broth, & the seared porc fell apart perfectly. Egg? Flavourful & just the right texture. Noodles were perfectly done & the little side of hot sauce had more than just heat going for it. THANK YOU!
You wont go wrong with any of their ramens. Honestly, the only one that isnt very good is the vegan one, which sucks because this is a great spot to go otherwise. Their kimchi & edamame are good too!
Ça fait maintenant quelques années que je vais au Kobo Ramen, & chaque fois que j'y vais, je commande la même chose : le Mazemen avec un oeuf supplémentaire. C'est peut-être mon assiette préférée parmi tous les restaurants de Sherbrooke, absolument délicieux & très remplissant. S'il vous plaît, ne l'enlevez jamais du menu!

This Japanese restaurant in Sherbrooke is a fantastic spot to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. I personally adored their delicious vegan ramen, which was complemented by outstanding service & a warm atmosphere. The staff were incredibly polite & friendly, making it a must-visit for food enthusiasts. Whether you're local or just visiting, it's definitely worth a visit! Highly recommended!
Moi & mon conjoint manger à ce restaurant pour les soupes ramen & nous sommes très satisfait de la qualité des ingrédients. Les ramens sont fait maison. Cette fois nous avons mangé des entrées de édamames au bbq & du poulet karaage. Pour le repas principal 2 soupes tantanmen. Le service était impeccable & très efficace.
The drinks are very good. Takoyakis were good. Tonkotsu is too salty & doesn't taste authentic. The ramen with truffle oil in it is good & an innovative idea, but again, it's not authentic flavors. Cheesecake was dry but had a blueberry drizzle on top. If you expect something like Uncle Tetsu you might be disappointed. This restaurant feels like cosplay. It's very good, but it loses points on authenticity. If I was to go back I might only take entrees & drinks.
