The tonkotsu ramen broth tasted like bath water. It had a nice color so I was excited but it was bland & the little flavor there was wasn't right. The bao buns were dry. It has so much potential. We need japanese food in sherbrooke. The meats were all good the eggs were done very well but the broth was unacceptable for a ramen place. The sauce on the bao was also too sweet & salty like a cheap store bought hoising sauce with salt added. The head chef needs to take a trip to Toronto or even MTL to try some good ramen places & understand the flavors they need to achieve. You guys can take this place to next level without too much effort or investment & truly become a sherbrooke staple. I'll go back to try the chicken broth because I desperately want japanese food but I'm dissapointed & have low hopes.

Je donne 3 étoiles pour le repas pour me faire croire que je suis une bonne personne, mais à qui est-ce que je raconte des bobards au juste? J'ai déjà mangé des 🍜 frais du jour & la qualité était incomparable. Au moins, c'était cher pour des nouilles de qualité douteuse. Merci, Kobo.

Nous étions 3 à la table & personne de nous n'a aimé les ramens. Les bouillons étaient fades & la texture du poulet était vraiment étrange, ce n'était pas tendre comme c'est supposé être. Nous avons tous mit de côté le poulet, incapable de le manger. La serveuse n'a pas proposé de nous apportez autre chose. Donc quand il te reste juste un bouillon fade avec des nouilles, c'est un peu ordinaire. Cependant, les drinks & les entrées étaient excellents. Mais malheureusement, le plat principal n'était vraiment pas à la hauteur. Peut-être qu'on a pas été chanceuse, mais je ne comprend vraiment pas la note élevée du restaurant...
