good service but not professional enough comparing to her grade; working too hard on the decorations & presentations, things kept running too busy on the table that disrupted the guests from focusing on enjoying the food.
Tiramisu & barbe à papa au sirop d'érable incroyables chez Restaurant Jérôme Ferrer - Europea. Je n'ai qu'une photo du dessert, mais tout était excellent du début à la fin.
Nous sommes allés à plusieurs reprises par le passé & nous avons toujours été super satisfaits du service comme de la nourriture mais hier soir ce n'était pas au top .Peut-être était-ce à cause du match de hockey mais nous n'avons pas eut le pain & beurre servis a toutes les autres tables & la soupe était délicieuse mais personne n'a aimé l'oeuf dont le blanc n'était pas cuit ,gluant , ce qui a gâché la soupe .Conclusion ...un peu déçu en comparaison avec l'ancien menu .Mais le service est toujours super agréable .
Toute première fois à ce resto pour ma femme & moi. L'ambiance relaxe & chic nous plonge dans un monde très agréable. Nous avons demandée quelques surprises gastronomiques qui nous ont totalement plu. Nos nombreux serveurs de faisait un plaisir d'être attentifs & même parfois avec des taquineries joyeuses pour détendre encore plus l'atmosphère. La bouffe était vraiment excellente. Des entrées au desserts en passant par la dégustation de Tequila. Merci pour l'expérience
Overall, the meal was a whole experience, & I'm glad I had it. 90% of what I ate was excellent, 90% of the service was fantastic & top notch
Upsides: fun, creative, & flavorful small bites. I loved trying so many flavors & textures. & the interior was beautiful. Staff were mostly attentive & professional
Downsides: one of the dishes was missing a main ingredient. When I asked about it, I got two different stories, & neither was genuinely true. Disappointed in how their mistake was handled. Some of the dishes were chipped. The column I was sat next to was covered in dust & dirt. & a device they used as part of an immersive experience was malfunctioning, with nothing done to fix or make up for the experience. Several lapses in attentiveness of the servers, particularly at the end when other tables who finished after me got their checks before me
Overall, I'm glad I had the experience. For the price point, I expected them to be more on their game & attentive to the details

Voilà un restaurant ou l'on vit une véritable Expérience, un grand moment de cuisine, de service Haut de gamme, je vous conseille la table gastronomique une merveille. Nous remercions le Chef Ferrer, mais aussi le directeur de la restauration, ainsi que le reste de l'équipe qui fût formidable & en particulier un certain Julien qui nous aura accompagner pendant cette soirée!

On a transatlantic Air Canada flight the flight crew served this dish of beef pesto pasta from Jerome Ferrer - Europea. Now I don't have very high expectations of airplane food, but wow, I was disappointed.
When I opened the package, the beef was strangely packed on top of the penne. It reminded me distinctly of Purina canned wet dog food. Yuck. Although the presentation wasn't appealing, perhaps it would taste okay, right? Unfortunately not. It tasted like oily sandpaper. I couldn't even stomach a quarter of it before I felt queasy & had to take a Tums.
When they offer you the choice between pasta or chicken, take that as your cue to order the chicken & avoid the potential of eating this abomination.
Amazing food & presentation. Sommelier & the wine selection top notch. Two things that keep me from all 5 stars.
One, coordination between staff sometimes misses a step. So many staff & they are constantly dashing about. & it frankly detracts from the premium experience at times.
Two, a couple of the presentations cross into hokey. Don't need you to haul out a table that requires two men to carry...with a 30 cm log & a brazier to cook the Kobe beef tableside. Just...no. 🙄
