We were not supposed to go to jack astor's, but we ended up making the right choice! Thaïla was our server & she was very welcoming & sociable! She suggested the smoky bbq burger & it was amazing, great service overall

I had a great experience at Jack Astor's. There's many different food options & it's a fun atmosphere. The standout is definitely the service!! Thank you Thaïla for the great vibes all night!
It's a good place to watch your favorite games with a great pub ambience with lots of room & space unlike some other pubs that are cramped. Good selection of non alcoholic (my favorite) & alcoholic beverages with a good selection of pub & grilled food. My favorites are the Nacho's these are fresh & well prepared
Food was good. Only gave 4 stars for service as it was a little slow. But overall nice atmosphere & clean restaurant & except for the speed of service, the servers were quite courteous & nice.

This location goes absolutely above & beyond! We regularly go as a family of 4 (with 2x 18m old twins) & the service is incredible (extra napkins, straws, etc). So kind & thoughtful, & amazing with kids. The biggest shout outs to Syeda, Cass & Bruno who have truly made our visits memorable & keep us coming back. Going without kids for lunch? - they've also got you & do the extra little things that stand out. Best location we have found so far!!
This is the second time coming here. The burger wasn't cooked properly & I got food poisoning. The waiter was really nice & she gave us the best service ever. First time me & my friend got sick from the nachos & it was a while ago & we took a chance & gave you guys a second chance. Not again. & the girl who seated us told us she could only give us a small table which didn't even have room for thr food on it but when her own friend who's Phillipino came she gave them a table with 4 seats for 2 people to sit there. Really makes a lit of sense. The waiter was the only good thing there.
We went to the restaurant for family lunch to celebrate our son birthday, atmosphere was great with the music, it is a nice place for families, our waiter Quin was awesome, he took care of us all the time, he recommended the best drinks, helped a lot with some special requirements for our main dishes & food selection overall. Garlic bread is so good. We will be back for sure!
