Ordered the Mexican chicken bowl. Said no cilantro & no onion as I have an allergy. Was eating it & tasted onion. The tomatoes had onion. When server informed he felt bad. No manager came to check on me. Luckily I only feel Slightly unwell. Allergies should be taken seriously. This is not like usual for your location.

First return visit after a few years away. This used to be a go to restaurant for family gatherings at a reasonable price. Buy a main & start off with the garlic pan bread for a small additional fee. The pan bread is now $10.98, overcooked & dry. Very small lobster & crab dip was $22.97. A plate of nachos is $30! These are no longer reasonable prices. This is not a high end dining establishment warrenting these high end prices. Who is paying $69.97 for a steak here? I still enjoy the flavor of the Asiago chicken bow-tie pasta but at $25.89, it's not enough to make me come back.

Very busy with the soccer on the tv. Decided to sit outside patio, much nicer. There was a group of people at the next table who were disruptive & rude, sneaking in through the patio door & then expecting to be served. The manager Lanora came & spoke to them quite politely & explained that there was a waitlist & their name was for the inside not patio. They were quite disruptive & impolite. Kind of ruined the rest of our meal. Manager was quite professional.

Jack Astor's idées too be a great place to go for a drink & food. Is been a while since I went & I can say that the menu is fairly consistent but the restaurant itself was rebranded even though it retains roughly the same atmosphere as it feed before. The only reason this location did not score higher is because of the rude reception we received by what I can only assume was the assistant manager. I had tried to make a reservation for one of the playoff games & was told that they were not taking reservation & when we showed up early to get a table she rudely said that we needed a reservation. Somehow,'miraculously', there was an open table...

We are so full! Haha! The service was excellent. Quin did an amazing job & my kids said he's their favourite server here.
