Homer's Boîte à Beignes est largement salué pour des beignes frais, moelleux et volumineux, avec une grande variété de saveurs allant du crème brûlée au pistache, au bacon maple et à des créations thématisées Simpsons qui plaisent beaucoup. Le service est généralement sympathique et efficace, l'ambiance est chaleureuse et l'ensemble des boîtes pour emporter est solide, le tout dans un cadre coloré et accueillant où l'on peut aussi profiter d'une touche rétro arcade. Dans l'ensemble, les avis mentionnent des beignes de grande qualité, un prix parfois jugé élevé et des goûts parfois trop sucrés ou similaires d'une saveur à l'autre, mais l'expérience globale est perçue comme exceptionnelle et comme un must pour les amateurs de beignes à Montréal.
Doughnuts are simple but hit the sweet tooth hard & look super cute, worth it for sure!!! A bit expensive but they're huge making it perfectly fine to split in half to share 😋😋

A good doughnut is only as good as its base. Fortunately, Homer's is not just relying on fancy toppings to make up for anything - their dough is excellent. I was worried at first that this place would be too much of a gimmick, but once you try them, you'll be convinced. Possibly one of the best Doughnuts in the city!
If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I would. I've had a series of doughnut related mishaps the past few months on my journey for good doughnuts, & I almost gave up when this place opened, & I decided to give them a try. They did NOT disappoint. The doughnuts were fresh, they didn't have any of that rancid oil flavour that I've begun associating with doughnuts after trying so many bad ones from other places. They weren't too sweet, just the perfect amount of sweetness, & they're so fresh! The dough is soft & bouncy, & the flavours...so so good. I love apple fritters, & the apple doughnut from this shop is absolutely delicious, it have whole slices of apple! I was nibbling on them while I was talking with my mom & when I got to the whole apple slice, we both let out loud gasps. Ecstatic! I also got a creme brulee doughnuts, which was also delicious...crunchy top, had that delicious almost toasted marshmallow flavour...the inside had a thick cream, like a Boston cream doughnut. The last doughnut I got was the cookie monster doughnut, & even though it was so simple (just a variation of an iced doughnut), it was absolutely delicious. I regret not buying more!! This shop has become my new place to go if I'm craving doughnuts, & I still can't believe how delicious they were. I know there are some negative reviews, but new businesses are always bound to have some kinks to work through. By now, they've certainly worked through them, & these doughnuts to not disappoint!!
Went there today to grab doughnuts (I'm visiting from Toronto) & the place is so cute & clean. The variety of doughnuts is amazing & the family running it are so sweet & working so hard. Most importantly, the doughnuts are delicious!! They're also so reasonably priced! Back home doughnuts like this would cost around $5 each. Here you can get 6 premium doughnuts for $20!! Highly recommend.
I haven't been here, but I'll encourage the owner with a 5 star as I really want to go. I wanted to surprise my coworkers out of town with a box of doughnuts, but learned that I can't: The store only opens at 10:00 am, & closes at 5 pm. The store is currently running on a lot of hype, but when it eventually dies down, the owner will have to realise that all the other doughnut shops in town open at 6 AM. On the long run, this cannot become a vanity project which opens late & closes early. It will eventually have to compete on the breakfast circuit.

Might just be the new best doughnut place in Montreal. The dough is soft & fluffy & non greasy. Wait times are a bit long but the arcades that are set up make it alot easier for the kids to handle.
This place is finally open! Got an Oreo doughnut, crème brûlée doughnut (I think) & an apple fritter! 10/10 Absolutely amazing, honestly best doughnuts! Also the price is amazing, I'd pay more for these!
