I tried the donuts at Homer's along rue Sherbrooke, & I think you'd really enjoy their selection of donuts & buns. I bought half a dozen of their premium?flavored donuts, & everything was delicious. What stood out the most was the sweetness level - it was exactly right for my palate. The price is also reasonable: six pieces of their premium beignets cost $18
The donuts were insanely fresh & pillowy-soft-the kind that practically melt the second you take a bite 🤤✨. The crème brûlée donut was the clear winner for us; it somehow actually tastes like crème brûlée, with that perfect balance of creamy sweetness & caramelized goodness 🔥🍮. & honestly… just look at that Cookie Monster donut-ridiculously cute & impossible not to smile at 🥹💙🍪.
They give you a big, solid box, & I was pleasantly surprised by how sturdy it was. Even sitting at the bottom of a grocery bag, it held up perfectly-just make sure you bring a large bag because this box means business 📦💪.
As for the service: I genuinely don't get some of the complaints. Maybe some reviewers expect American-style over-the-top enthusiasm? It's a donut counter, not a Broadway performance 😅. The employee was busy in the back but came out as soon as he could, carefully packed my donuts, & was polite & professional the entire time. No attitude, no rushing, no issues at all 👍🙂.
Zero complaints here-great donuts, sensible service, & exactly what you'd want from a place that focuses on the product 🍩💯.

Visited Homer's donuts, I would say worth the hype & visit. I'm a huge donut lover & their donuts was satisfying. (except for Dubai chocolate flavour it was too sweet for me)
I tried the original glazed doughnut & it was pretty good! Fresh, sweet & fast. The place is also cool. Has some arcade machines & seating. Definitely a good spot for doughnuts. They have another location on Saint Catherine downtown.
Ok donuts maybe perfect for those that appreciate sweet stuff. Me personally I go for the fried dough & some flavour like cinnamon or simple chocolate. Dough was average

Growing up watching the Simpsons, The sign alone grabbed my attention. The flavors are both funny & iconic. Sweet menu, tasty flavors & all worth the prices. A definite must to visit. You won't be disappointed!
Homer's Donut Shop is an absolute gem for anyone who loves a good donut (& let's be honest, who doesn't?)!
As soon as you step in, you're hit with the irresistible scent of freshly baked goodness.
Their selection is both playful & classic whether you're into the classic glazed donuts or feeling adventurous with something seasonal, they've got you covered!
The donuts are soft, fluffy, & the perfect balance of sweetness without being overwhelming. Plus, there's something about the vibe here, the staff is always chill & ready to recommend a donut that'll hit the spot. It's the kind of place where you can't help but smile with every bite.
Seriously, if you're in the area, make sure to swing by Homer's. It's an experience that goes beyond just satisfying your sweet tooth, it's a mini celebration in every bite!
Wish it was easier to find parking but other than that, donuts were delicious & fresh. Staff was very friendly too. Definitely recommend this place for any sweet cravings you have!
As incredibly mouthwatering & delectable that those donuts look in that glass display next to the register as you're queued up waiting to order, I can't lie & say that it was as satisfying as I had expected. These donuts look good, but they are shockingly light &, well, kind of bland. It wouldn't have been a problem if there was a counter-taste to them, but there isn't. i ordered two Nutella donuts, a classic homer one, & a blueberry cheesecake one I believe. as a huge Nutella lover, this was definitely one of the sadder Nutella donuts I've had. It's okay, but the substance just wasn't there. There wasn't that drooling Nutella that would leak & smother me after I take a bite, but instead icing powder littered all over. The rest of them were the same, the same dough-ey taste with a bunch of icing powder. There was like a teaspoon of flavour that, in conjunction with the donut which was already quite flavourless to begin with, made the entire experience really bland. The flavours they come in are like a shell of what it should be. It should definitely be way sweeter or heavier of a taste, if that makes sense, & the donuts should have more to it as well! & let's be real, you're having a donut to indulge in a sweet treat, not to cut loose on calories. I want a donut that'll inflict my teeth with cavities & diagnose me with conditions right after I eat it. I crave it!!!!!!!!! The potential was definitely here but it fell short :(

Delicious & satisfying donuts. Just the right amount of sweetness with a soft & airy texture. It would be very difficult to find something to complain about with these donuts.

I just bought 2 dozen of donuts today for my boyfriend's workplace. & it was a hit!!!! Every employee at the dealership where shocked on how beautiful & big the donuts were! Every single one of them was gone in a blink of an eye! The service at Homer's was great, the donuts were fresh & not too sweet which is amazing!! Definitely my go to place for donuts in MTL!! Highly recommend!
The best donut in town. I started with a plain nothing donut so that I can taste the dough, it was great. Fluffy, flavorful, with a hint of sweetness. I then had some flavors. The cinnamon sugar & glaze donuts are amazing. Pistachio was epic, & the lemon stuffed is my favorite. 10/10 have been a few times & will for sure be back.
