Belle soirée entre amis... Ambieuse chaleuse & même joyeuse. On s'est délecté d'une nourriture aux saveurs généreuses mais précises. Les "hits" de la soirée: la côte de boeuf, l'esturgeon sur un fond du fruits de mer, l'entrée de canard & bien sûr la fameuse César au homard. Les desserts étaient à se rouler par terre avec un petit vermouth artisanal...

I love this restaurant! I've followed the chef David Ferguson since he owned Jolifou & I absolutely love his style of cooking. Rustic comfort food that tastes amazing! He knows what he's talking about when it comes to steaks too! I love the ambiance of the resto as well. Small & comforting. Great place to go! It's open kitchen makes for a great experience to get to talk to the chef too! Highly recommended!

Très sympathique resto de quartier. L’aménagement, alliant les tables & un comptoir, se prête tout autant au dîner entre potes qu’à la petite bouchée avalée simplement parce qu’on a envie de se faire un petit plaisir.

On a l’excellente idée d’offrir des bières qui ont du caractère : rien à voir avec les insipides bibines que proposent les grandes brasseries.

J’ai choisi le tartare. Belle assiettée avec des frites très fines, croquantes à souhait. Le tartare lui-même était généreux & habilement rehaussé par de belles feuilles de coriandre. Mon pote s’est dit enchanté de son saumon.

Le service est excellent, a fortiori si on considère que le resto n’est ouvert que depuis très peu. Efficace sans être précipité, & cordial sans être familier : tout à fait ce qu’on recherche.

Je ne sais pas si je ferai le détour pour y retourner. Mais si je suis dans le coin, je saurai qu’il y a là une valeur sûre.
