First time & won't be the last! A HUGE shout out to Rae who made our first visit so memorable. She guided us in the amount of food we should order, always made sure our glasses were full & she made our son's birthday extra special, so special that my daughter requested to have Rae for her birthday too. I went recently with a group of friends (we were 6) & the service was beyond amazing! Jenny took care of our table & my entire group agreed that Haidilao lives up to the "best service & experience" offered. Jenny made the night extra memorable & we couldn't have happier with the whole night. She was very sweet, gave good food recommendations, & made sure we all knew how the system works since it was all our first time there. Truly the best service I've had, ever! Food was great & appreciated the birthday song & noodle dance :)) Will 100% be back & recommend +++

Such a fun experience & amazing staff! Very well organized place. Clean & beautiful restaurant. Make sure to make a reservation online to avoid long wait ! The dancing pulled noodle was so nice! The face changing mask performance was cool, the waitress were so sweet & good service 10/10 ⭐️ the food was so fresh, soup based was delicious

They were so nice the whole time & passed by to make sure we were ok. They even asked if they can peel our shrimp for us 😭 which was so nice , i felt like a princess here. Don't come here if you're not willing to tip above 15% , the people working here deserve the world 🫶

Nous sommes allé souper ce soir, Adam & Gabe étaient nos serveurs. Le service était incroyable, rien de comparable nul part au Québec. L'ambiance & la cuisine était tout aussi incroyable. Beaucoup de restaurants devraient prendre leur exemple! Merveilleuse expérience.
