This place is amazing. The food is delicious. All the soup bases I tried were incredible. The service is impeccable. The price is decent. They have a lot of promotions ongoing. Great place to come in groups of 4/5. Also cute for a date.

This place is very expensive to be honest My first advice, dont go alone or else you will easely have a 100$+ tab 1-It is better to go in group so you can share & taste more of what they have to offer & end up with a reasonable tab. I would say 3 or more, but 4 is better. 2- If you chose the spicy broth, normal is plenty to numb your tongue, dont try to be the tough guy & ask for extra spicy, you wont enjoy it at all & end up with a hole in your stomach ! The place clean & decor is nice. They even have a little show with Asian dancer. Food is good & they have a good selection. All in all it was a good experience but it was expensive. So be prepare.
Jennie is the lady who provided the excellent service to us 7 persons. She is very nice & thoughtful. She took care of us. We really appreciate her & we hope seeing her again soon.

I came because I heard the service was great! Our water was always refilled! They even give u elastics if you don't have & wet wipes! Jennie our server was the best! So kind & respectful! We will for sure comeback!
The quality of the foods is great, the service & atmosphere are truly impeccable. They are very detail oriented in terms of customer experience. We enjoy every visit & highly recommend making a reservation ahead.
Haidilao, c'est bien plus qu'un simple restaurant de fondue. C'est une expérience complète. Le décor est magnifique, l'ambiance est agréable & le service est irréprochable. Les serveurs sont toujours souriants, prêts à nous expliquer les différents plats & à s'assurer que nous ne manquions de rien. La fondue est délicieuse & le rapport qualité-prix est excellent. Notre fille a été enchantée par son petit cadeau qui lui a été offert. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! La fondue peut parfois être un repas salissant à manger, le restaurant offre même des tabliers à tous les clients.

This chain is famous for two things in china: service & long waiting times -- especially the second, I think it is part of their strategy to maximize the number of customers. In some sense, even if you have reservations, they will make you wait for a bit. This aspect is really disgusting. The quality of food varies, sometimes good, sometimes not so good.
