Pushed us to leave during rush hour by collecting plates & chopsticks while we still have conversations. Thought their service was sincerely but not so much.
I've been coming here forever. The place has the best service I've gotten to experience here, Handa the goat served us. Late nights here are amazing & the food is insanely tasty. You get yourself a small sweet boot & choose your soup base. Overall 5/5 experience would recommend to legitimately everyone.
I had an amazing dinning experience, thanks to the outstanding performance provided by Mr.Lion. He was always smiling to show his gratitude & took care of our table with initiative.

We went to eat hotpot there yesterday & it wasnt our first time. Everything was very good! Especially the service was excellent . Lion & Quan Nan who served us yesterday they are gentle, helpful, friendly & funny also. We'll go back
Fondue Haidilao in Montreal is absolutely amazing! The flavors are authentic & truly remind me of the taste of my hometown. The hotpot broth is rich & flavorful, the ingredients are fresh, & the service is exceptional. The only downside is that the restaurant is a bit narrow, but it doesn't take away from the overall experience. Highly recommend it for anyone craving authentic hotpot!
